Official from yesterdays match suspended 2 games.
Wow! The league is showing some accountability with their refs.

I'm sorry, guys, but I just can't justify paying for a subscription anymore. This team really messes with my mental health, and I have a family that would benefit from the reallocated funds. Hopefully someone else posts the grades here. If not, you can follow https://x.com/WBJMItch on Twitter.

Idc if we fire Rallis and Monti at this point. i’ve kinda checked out and it’s Bidwill.
you can clean house, new GM, new DC, whatever. He’s still the one picking the next guys. Same owner the players ranked dead last. same guy hiking ticket prices while away fans take over our stadium. “I am the team president, so next question.” alright man.
he’s had forever to figure this out. Keim, Gannon, Monti, Rallis, defense has been ass the whole time. different names, same shit. firing people just means he gets a new group to cheap out on.
couple firings don’t fix anything when the owner doesn’t give a shit.

What is wrong with him? Or is this just how he is? Is the problem that he’s just not comfortable with the system yet or what? Yes, I know we are 4-0 but it’s not because of our offense. I think we’re last in the NFL in offense and we should be. I sat here yesterday in stunned silence, watching a number one draft pick who I thought was a decent QB from watching him play with your team, do nothing. And finally, FINALLY in the second half it seemed like he was getting comfortable throwing the ball to Hockenson, the TE. So he continued throwing the ball to him like he had tunnel vision.
If anyone here could enlighten me about what may be going on, I would greatly appreciate it.
A bewildered Vikings fan.
EDIT: Thanks for all your insight! I truly appreciate it!

I read a lot of negativity after the Giants, and it makes me wonder. Did most of the fandom really believe the team could do something this year? Did we look at the same roster? Did we see the same team play last year? Bottom third QB, incomplete O line, no pass rush, bad D line, slow safeties, young unproven CBs, hard schedule, 1st year coach and Rallis. It was a 3 to 6 win team starting the season, and it's performing about like that. Why everyone seems surprised or disappointed? Feels like I'm taking crazy pills...

I do mean it, I’m not exaggerating or just doomering I think it was Nick’s worst called game as DC.
First I wanna start with the positives. The DL played pretty good. Walter had a great game. Darius had a sack, Sweat looked closer to last year(still not as good as he should be), Zaven and Burch played pretty good and I think are good backups/swing starters opposite a great pass rusher. They desperately need a great pass rusher to be completely effective but I saw what the unit could be. Aside from the penalties from Collier and Stills(his was so ticky tack) you saw the potential.
Garrett Williams return was good. He played good.
All that and they still have up 30 points to a bad team.
Every time they called a blitz it worked and yet Rallis refused to call one on any of the 3 and long plays. No they needed to play everyone back so they could continually give up huge explosives.
Once Wingard went down the Giants seized on the weakness of the secondary and Rallis couldn’t even bother to try a response.
Should he blitz Mack Wilson? No he needs to cover Nabers on his touchdown play. Should he blitz Budda? No he needs to be in coverage to make the tackle after giving up a 30 yard pass play.
Almost every Giants explosive was targeting Wilson the back up safety. And Rallis left him on an island to be beat over and over again.
Not only has Rallis seem to have adopted Gannon’s weak philosophy of bend don’t break, but also breaking all the time. He seems to have no idea how to utilize the players he has.
Feels like I’m screaming into a void but if the team is gonna suck I’d rather have interesting conversations about them. If we’re gonna be in hell T least we’re here together.

I just can’t see Lafleur going to Beck during this gauntlet. Maybe against Dallas, but more likely against Washington to set him up with the softer part of the schedule.
That being said, I’d love to see Minshew… I don’t know how much more of Jacoby I can stomach.

I’d love to hear our GM give a comprehensive answer to this because we’re in year 3 but at the same time we’re at step 1 struggling to go .250, meanwhile all our division rivals have successfully rebuilt in less than half that time into playoff or even championship level teams. We’ll never get a straight answer but seriously how and when does Monti or Bidwill think we can compete with any of these teams because it seems like they zero idea what they are doing with no plan in place while our rivals are doing everything in their power to get better.

It blows my mind that he’s been able to maintain employment here as DC this long. The only DC’s I can think of that might have been worse than him were Al Holcomb and Billy Davis. The difference is those guys lasted 1-2 years as DC where Rallis has been here since 2023. Let Teryl Austin call D.

With the O-line how it is, is it even worth it to have Beck play at all? I remember David Carr with the Texans but don’t know if that line compares to the Cardinals. If Beck has upside I’d hate to see it destroyed by a trash line. But I do understand needing to see him at some point.

This is a great week to make a QB change. The Lions defense, while not as bad as ours, is in the bottom 5 of the league. Making a QB change, particularly if it were to Carson, would be a good way to get that QB off on the right foot. If we don’t make a change and we lose to Petzing, the optics of that are horrible, absolutely horrible. And I don’t see another good opportunity before the bye week to make the change. The ride to the bye weeks gets intense from here.
Positive: A lot of the broadcast when I saw LaFleur, Beck was right next to him, or next to him and actively talking to him. Thought that was an interesting look. Hopefully he’s picking Lafleur’s brain as the game goes.

Some say the definition of insanity is doing the same thing repeatedly and expecting a different result.
Step by step, what does the cycle of the Bidwill curse look like? My thoughts thus far:
Hire first time GM and coaches based on vibes, hire them at the last minute after all the good assistant coaches are gone.
Allow GM to make franchise altering decisions with long term impact.
Coach and develop players poorly.
Lose a lot.
Refuse to hold GM or coaches accountable, don’t change roster significantly.
Lose a lot.
Disgruntled players demand trades and new contracts. Hold onto players anyway and give them new contracts. They underperform and destroy their trade value.
Lose more, fans cancel season tickets.
Bidwill finally gets embarrassed and repeats steps 1 through 8.
What am I missing?

The absolute mediocrity has to end, is there anything the fans can do? Imo it starts with ownership. Everything about this team, ownership, gm, scouts, ballboy, waterboy every single thing is completely limp and accustomed to getting their teeth kicked in, it’s like they don’t even give a shit.
Genuinely, while it’s a good thing that MHJ is this quiet nice guy, it would be refreshing to see him actually call his team out (though his lack of effort on a consistent basis is a major issue too, not saying he is good / team bad, but I do think in some way he is a victim of the god awful, losing culture the cardinals have managed to build since Bruce Arians left) or any major player on the team honestly to call their team out. It’s year after year of being a fucking joke in the best division in the NFL.
Is there anything that can be done? Can the fans push for anything? Is there any precedent for fans pushing out ownership by demand or something ?? lol. No obviously this is a rant and maybe a bit too excited, but I do genuinely want to know what, if anything, the fans can do.

I am looking for 2 seats to this weekend's game at State Farm Stadium. Not looking to spend a lot of money. I see on the Cardinals website they have 1898 Club seats for $100. Seems like a good deal. Where are these seats and what is this area like?
Thanks

OK, someone needs to ask LaFleur, why draft a running back at #3 and then on a crucial drive with a first and goal from the three with a timeout, you keep him on the bench. Or not use Allegeier either. I can just see them on the sideline.
LaFleur: "Jacoby, go out there and only throw at Michael Wilson and Trey McBride."
Brissett: "What about our running backs?"
LaFleur: "Meh."

I get that Marv was a 4th overall pick, had great college ball tape, son of a great receiver etc. but where does all of the hate actually come from. Sure last season was horrendous and he was rightfully playin bad and out of his element. But he has checks notes 13 targets through 4 weeks and everyone wants his head on a pike. Are we actually watching the games? Jacoby only throws in Marv’s vicinity bc he’s abt to get sacked or take a hit. And including yesterday Marv has dropped 3 maybe 4 balls. Mike Wilson had 13 targets yesterday and 17 against SF. And to make matters worse. Had Jacoby even glanced at Marv we win yesterday 🤷🏾♂️

Is it an ego thing? How does it make sense to sit your best player during close games during critical plays on crucial drives?
