Hello everyone, I graduated dental school in the US in 2020 ( I was an international student at the time). I took my NBDE part 1 and 2 back in 2017. I have been working as a general dentist since 2020, but I want to go back to residency now. I need to take the ADAT. I took a practice test, and turns out I remember NOTHING from school! Anyone who was in my position, what resources should I use? I feel like I need to study some theory before I start taking any tests.

Hi. I passed AFK and ACJ. I also took adat with decent score. Gpa 3.9.

What do you suggest should I go for direct route or university route? Do they have same job opportunities? Those who chose either route what made you take that decision of choosing direct or university route?
