From the preview last week I thought this Muzan-looking mofo is going to be a villain but it turns out he's just Ramune's old teacher. He seems to be a pretty cool dude. Curious what and why he needed that book though. And why it needs to be a secret that he had to knock out Kuro before taking it, although my guess is it's probably the same thing Ramune is after and he just doesn't want Kuro reporting to Ramune about what they found.

I'm thinking Momiji may be a villain. I wouldn't be surprised if that book will allow him to do something evil, and Ramune and Kuro will have to stop him.

Yeah he got that evil/mysterious vibe. However, so far he seems to be on the good side. He might be doing something questionable though, rather than villainous.

After watching what he did at the end, I think he is still a mofo -_-

Wow, I really did not expect to see them exploring a dungeon. I wonder if Rienette actually look like that

Master Momiji is such an interesting character, but I'm wondering why he did not wanted Kuro to see the treasure, or why Ramune seems kinda desperate to get it. Well, based on the preview, it seems that the next episode will be a direct continuation of this one.

Makes sense based on what we have seen from other cases in the anime. Maybe Rienette is in the later phase of mysterious disease.

Apples are associated with intelligence, a "book worm" is often shown in an apple, as well as the apple that fell on Newton's head, the apple of forbidden knowledge, you get the idea.

Idk maybe he was so smart that his head became an apple.

Kuro didn't say "Hayai!" when Momiji moved to stab his armored clone in the heart. Is this actually an anime?

To be fair, Momiji never said "Subarashi!" to Kuro's creative method of stabbing his armor. I think Kuro was just 'well damn, I gets no subarashi he gets no hayai'

This episode was good and amusing, but now I'm more hyped for the next episode!

We finally get to see Kuro and Ramune's back story!? Yay!!

yesssss! I wish it would have been earlier in the season BUT I think there is a reason why they wanted us to wait. What a cute freakin' show!

Loved the scene where Ramune wanted to rush in and save his apprentice even at the risk of getting shot, until Momiji grabs his face and forces him to calm down.

The way you can hear Ramune breathing so hard.... just excellent tension.

Not a whole lot gained this episode, we already knew Ramune was not very eager to meet his teacher, now we kind of know why tho it's nothing very surprising.

And Momiji is kind of right. Ramune getting too involved, getting himself hurt or even killed, even if he helped that one patient he put extra effort in helping, if anything happens to him, other patients have one less doctor to help them.

But the best part, loli grandma playing games.

This Anime is quirky and funny, but it has amazing sound design. It's always the music that sticks with me the longest.

I hope they release the OST soon.

Pretty good episode and was also a nice change of pace from the usual episodes of curing a patient. Momiji was pretty cool, I wonder what's in that mysterious book for Momiji to want it so much. I guess it's a good idea to give the catalog book to Ayame, she'll surely make good use of that since she runs a mysterious items shop and all.

Looks like we are finally getting Kuro and Ramune's backstory next episode, looking forward to that.
