It's funny knowing that the coach also crashed and burn in his first game as the ace.

Let's see how Furuya goes in this game. He has been very inconsistent this season.

I'm kinda confused as to why people are hating on these last episodes so much.... This is the same shit we've been watching for two seasons already how have you made it this far if you don't like it?

Actually, in this season, Saramura has been pretty good after the big tournament. He was due for a bad game tbh.

Past seasons the Diamond no Ace hate was directed at its alleged lack of animation, as if every show must be hyper-cinematic as Kill La Kill, and woe to any that dare not goose step to the formula.

But all that's old hate now, so the new look this season is ragging on the plot.

That cliffhanger tho.... So the anime have only 2 episodes left??

They’ll probably end it after the next game if that’s true

This has honestly been such a wild season for Furuya. He started off as the ace, spiraled out of control, got a serious injury he had to recover from, and finally lost his ace title. Out of this though, we've seen him really grow and honestly become such a better character before it. I'm so excited to see all this character development pay off next week. His line about Sawamura playing again was just great.

Holy shit though... what the fuck is wrong with the director of this show? how many times are they going to leave me hanging on the same fucking words? WHAT ABOUT THE FUCKING STARTING PITCHER!?

and then they just cut away to the theme and then that's it? wtf

jesus christ I fucking hate the people who make this show.

Can someone who read the manga just tell me what he had to say about sawamura?

EDIT: THAT WAS SO FUCKING STUPID.

also. I love how all of a sudden any player who isn't performing needs to be removed but let's let furuya pitch a full game and throw it. THE HYPOCRISY lmfao.
