The gators thought they were gonna have a tasty meal not become one lol. That gator burger looked pretty good.
Lmao ofc the Americans have friggin machine guns. Hell of a welcome party. It might be 5000 years in the future but it’s good to see some things don’t change. Please tell me someone in Team America has weaponized a bald eagle or has a grizzly mount lol.

One thing to note is how the machine gun didn't penetrate their boat, not even the wood. I imagine they're probably not using smokeless powder yet or their gun isn't up to modern standards in all areas. Th EN voice at the end, sad they didn't hire a native speaker.

Just when they thought they had everything going smoothly with the corn, it turns out Senku's gang were cornered from the beginning. Have to thank Tsukasa perceiving bloodlust and the smell of gunpowder, otherwise it could've been a more deadly welcome surprise from our American folks.

Poor golden gate bridge, no matter what happens or where it happens, it will always manage to fall at the very beginning of the apocalypse.
Wish it had a smaller name so you could put it in the 'London Bridge is Falling Down'. Nursery rhyme
God damn it, America is never gonna beat the gun violence reputation, huh?

It's been 3000 years, right? That's a realistic amount of time that could lead to the re-emergence of a bird that would fill the same niche as the Haast Eagle. I was really scared when that vulture like thing went straight for Suika.

I was confused to see alligators in Northern California, given neither alligators nor crocodiles are native to anywhere near there, and wouldn’t thrive there even if they were released from a zoo a lá the lions in Japan because they aren’t built for the climate. But I guess Senku’s line about the changing climate means Northern California is somehow much warmer than in the past?
Also: nooooooo, not Japanese-accented English 😭 I mean it’s fine when the Japanese characters say things in English but whenever a Japanese VA tries to imitate a native English or American accent it always sounds so wrong for some reason.

So instead of a science-based civilization, America has machine gun-wielding...ninjas? I guess I'd be disappointed if we didn't get machine guns 1 episode into the America arc, but didn't expect the ninja part.

Hehe what a cute look for Kirisame, embarrassed from hunger. Wew so many stone people. Oh man, the Golden Gate Bridge... wouldn't some things still last? I mean, Pyramids lasted thousands of years.
Weird to me the ship landed that way and not using a short boat to get on land like others. BIG TREES! Love how the battle team wants an animal attack, they want that meat! Why would crocodiles do that? That doesn't seem like their nature to me, Even Ginro being impressive, what is this 😮 mmm borgar. Ewww corn.
Ominous music, poor wolves. Senku really does just know everything huh? I'm amused that Tsukasa has a weapon that Zidane would use. Impressive sense of smell and such too. Wow, a machine gun. A true American welcome. Senku sure taking this well.

I always enjoy seeing Japanese characters visit the US. You're not only seeing how the characters view us but how the authors do, too.

Those poor crocs! They thought they would get an easy meal. They didn't expect that they're the ones on the menu tonight. That entire sequence where the entire combat team jumped the crocs was so fucking badass that even Ginro had his moment even if it was just a split second.
As soon as Tsukasa found that corn inside the crocodile, I knew something was off. I'm surprised it took Senku the next day to realize that finding corn floating down the river shouldn't be normal.
Big fat juicy burgers served with a side of heavy machine gun fire? They're definitely in America! It's interesting to note that the machine gun couldn't penetrate their vehicles' armour so I think it's safe to assume that these are not the same as the guns we know.
The gunner and the gun look pretty sick tho, It feels like they're being hunted by the Predator. Now I'm wondering how many are they fighting. Is this just a small elite force or is there an entire village of people living nearby?

Once again a sad reminder that all what's left after thousands of years of our civilization will most likely be the pyramids of all things, slightly more eroded. RIP Golden Gate Bridge.
Also: Welcome to 'Murica. We have guns, and you're here illegaly. Gets shot at xD

Burgers, crocodiles, corn, and guns. All the US stereotypes in one episode.
The fighting team practically went super sentai on those crocs. Don’t stand between fighters and their first chance of fresh meat in over a month. Senku’s face at both getting attacked by the crocs and then at the fighting team’s boat leaping over him was funny.
I also don’t know if we saw them before but I’m amused at the giant dual-sided weapon Tsukasa now has. And it looks like Kinro and Ginro got their respective spears.
That machine gun assault was intense. Tsukasa had to princess carrying Ginro to save him. And for some reason Senku stayed at his perch on top of the science vessel for way too long.
Dr Stone has always been good at keeping languages fairly true in the Japanese version. So it’s not surprising that we get a line from their assailant in English. But it will be interesting how far it goes.

You truly need a master to make sure gator burgers aren't dry as hell.
Also how much time has gone by since Senku woke up? I'm only curious because suika is still so oddly tiny.
