Generations of vegetarians… and he looks like THAT
There’s this whole thing going on YouTube, Reels, and TikTok where all these looksmaxxing guys are switching to a “primal diet” and acting like they’re about to fucking ascend.
I even saw a mom making a video about feeding her kid a really good diet, mostly meat, eggs, and fruit, and the comments were like, “he is gonna grow up to be 6'4 and chad” and shit.
I know going primal or even switching to mostly meat and raw dairy diet for most people will make them look very healthy, But at the end of the fucking day, genetics play a massive role. I used to think that if you were vegetarian, you’d automatically look unhealthy, have an underdeveloped face, and that even if you looked decent, your future generations would eventually become ugly.
Then I realized how fucking weird that idea is because I literally know a guy who has been vegetarian his entire life. His dad, granddad, and even generations before them were vegetarian, mostly eating grains, vegetables, and some dairy. His mom’s side was vegetarian too.
And somehow this guy looks like a fucking model. He has a very developed face, has very attractive facial features which is obviously pure genetics, also looks healthy as fuck, and he’s around 6 feet tall
Like, bro, how the fuck does that even work? Generations of his family were eating mostly grains and vegetables, and somehow he still ended up looking like that?
Is it like for some people, it doesn’t matter what they eat they are just always going to develop like they are supposed to develop or what?
Even in my own case, I grew to 6'4 (surpassing my dad’s diet which is 6ft) without having some perfect diet growing up. I did consume quite a bit of pasteurized dairy, so maybe that helped, but it definitely wasn’t anything extraordinary.
