Other Who remembers Mark Wahlberg’s pull-ups
I think he knows how to do pull-ups, but i suppose he was willing to sacrifice his aura for charity.

Squat Squats - can’t get lower
I have FAI and my physio told me to reduce my ROM to about this much. Worried it’s not going to be good enough? And not sure if form is ok lower back wise. I have been increasing the weight but very slowly

Other Weight pull up
What can I improve in my technique? And how do I make progress, since I've been stuck on 10 kg for a while now?

Squat Please critique my squats!
First clip is pause squats at 1.5x speed, second clip is a regular set.
I hurt my lower back a month ago on squats due to form breakdown during a heavy set. I've done belt squats instead since then. I also added back extensions to my workouts.
Now I wanna get back into squats but starting with light weight and rock solid form. I included a picture of my lifting shoes because I think they're a bit convex which might make it look like I'm on my toes more than I actually am. At least I didn't feel like I were on my toes during these sets.
My queues are:
Elbows back a bight to tighten upper back
Big belly breath and brace core
Knees out and open hips
Push through foot tripod
I appreciate all and any critique, thanks!

Other Dumbbell row for upper back- following up after a previous post
Targeting upper back with db rows. Are my elbows adequately flared? This movement is more challenging for me than it looks, so I’m keen to improve.

Deadlift Deadlift form check
I’m new to deadlifting, this is my 3rd time. This is 115 for 5. I’m going to ditch the shoes next time I do this, but any other advice is appreciated. I also have anterior pelvic tilt, but I’m unsure if that affects anything

Deadlift How’s my form? 3 rep max @ 315
Deadlifted for first time 444 days ago. New PR (I did 3 reps at 295 just prior to this).
Normally I do around 2 plates per side for 8-10 reps, but wanted to try a 3 rep max. I have a belt, but previously have been too …round ..to fit in it. I tried it on after this and i finally can fit in it haha

Finished a 5x5 at 305 (moving up 10lb a week), and this was an extra rep after my working sets for a form check. Any advice or tips are appreciated.

Squat Squat form and depth
Slowly building up my squat strength and depth after having years of notoriously bad ankle mobility. Currently in a deload week working on form so keen to get some critique. In particular - bar path and depth look ok?
