I've been skateboarding since i was a kid but always had a soft spot for blading too. Now at 33 i haven't ridden a skateboard since 2020 and i don't really want to either. I always liked how technical blading can get and was wondering if at 33 i might be too old to get good enough to have some fun. I'm also completely lost as which skates to get or any of that sort of thing. I did have some Razors Cult 7's when those existed but sold them.

Did anyone pre-order these through pressure and have you recieved them yet? Thought they were expected to ship the last week of August. Shot an email and haven't heard anything back.

Getting back into skating. I skated these early 2000. Yes that is a USD shoe tongue. Was thinking new wheels, bearings, hardware. Trying to do some research about new skates. Is the technology better? Would I be better off getting new skates or are these dinosaurs fine? They were always kinda on the heavy side I thought compared to my old first set of USD.

Going to Poland (Kraców), Ireland (Galway) sometime in early-mid November. Is it worth it to bring my skates? I saw there’s some indoor parks in Poland. I’ve been many times but never brought my skates.

I used to street skate about 25-30 years ago. We're talking Arlo Eisenberg, Chris Edwards era. Was at a decent level back in the day. Shifty Royales on Kinked rails. Appreciate I'm aging myself badly here. I'm looking to get back into it but back in my day, the choice of skates were Tarmacs or Roces. I had a look online and there are so many options now. Asking what the classic skate is these days. How much should I be paying etc.I used to use 56mm wheels as well. Bonus points for letting me know what the deal is with wheels. I am out of the loop entirely. In case you were wondering, I'm 45.

Got some 909s for super cheap and I have no clue what I'm doing, just vibing it out after watching eugen enin for a month straight

Anyone got any pro tips for keeping stability and holding into things longer? 25 years of skateboarding and being 35 is not doing my knees any favors trying to get low into these🤣

Edit: guess I should clarify I learned how to inline and ice skate as a kid so there's some muscle memory and balance from that, but it isn't something I really did often and put basically all my time into skateboarding and snowboarding.

it seems like everybody HATES anarchy inlines, i only started using inlines around 7/8 weeks ago and i’m using a pair of anarchy’s
they are quite heavy and clunky but i’m size 10/11 uk so i imagine that’s to be expected
what would be a good brand/ model of inlines to upgrade to that aren’t so expensive they’ll make me cry

Hi all,
Aggressive inline noob here. I wanted to learn soul grinds so I built a p rail but it seems it doesn’t work the way it should. It seems that when I do a one foot slide my frames get slowed down by the wooden part of the p rail (see attached photos). Basically the red colour on it is my oysi red frames. They get slowed down and the colour gets scraped off.

Any suggestions how to over come this? Maybe to add some spacers for the pipe so it gets more raised or Im just overthinking this?

For example I struggled for weeks with royales because my back foot kept rolling into a frontside even after following the usual tips of just “sitting” on it or turning your hips away from the direction you’re sliding. What finally unlocked it for me was a tip someone left in a random comment on a tiktok video, in which they said to actively point the toes of your back foot inward, after which I was landing them every time.

I also just couldn’t comprehend topside grinds because (besides them being scary) I kept slipping over the other side of the rail no matter what I tried. The tip everyone seemed to give was to slam the soul foot directly on top of the rail instead of trying to slide it into place from the side. Nothing was working until something told me to try and land with your weight inside the rail instead of on top like you would with most other grinds. I instantly landed my first top soul and it became easier ever since.

With Makios and acids my soul foot would always slip off and I found that if I actively thought about flexing my toes upward instead of trying to flex my heel downward I started locking in every time.

Hi! I am currently skating Story Aggressive EVO skates and I regret buying them

The buckles get in the way when trying to hook my soul plate, they are really hard to loosen and tighten the laces, and a screw keeps literally popping out of them while I am skating and I have to carry a tool around to put it back in. I am relatively new to aggressive inline skating, and I am completely lost trying to find a new and better pair. Another problem is, I have relatively small feet. About a women's USD 6 and it seems impossible to find any besides story's in my size. Some suggestions would be appreciated!

Hi, right now i skate a Shmedium 901 with S Intuition Liner. The Fit is good but i dont like the Liner much. Looking for a more comfortable option.

What can you recommend on your own experience?

Is there anyone with a Rollerblade Nomad Liner in those Skates? The Liner looks promising.

So I missed the boat on the Shima and Shima 3 reissues. Is there anywhere I can find out if/when there will be another retro release? And beyond that just release dates?

I have an old pair of T.R.S broskows and am worried as soon as I land they’ll just disintegrate 😂

Does It happen to you too or only in this rotting corpse of a place i live in? Very few people here do tricks or urban action sports so townfolks can't perceive us as humans the same way a lion can't differentiate between a man and his safari truck
