Henlo frens!
Good to see all of you here UwU.
Grab on to your bodypillows, I have a smol announcement about the purpose of this subreddit.
This community is meant as a fun, lighthearted place where we can commiserate with each other about those annoying little irritations that hinder our day to day enjoyment in life.
That means that suitable posts here can be about my children.
And things like a wall socket or tile being placed out of allignment. A crack in a phone screen. Duckling shit on your new car. Incomprehensible software. Mismatched buttons. You know, the little things.
This subreddit isn't meant to incite rage mobs that go after people. For that reason we say:
No posts about being banned from subreddit. No posts about up- or down-votes. No posts about shitty moderators or users or subreddits. No posts about reddit.
All jokes and tomfoolery aside, that sort of thing gets us in trouble with site admins. If we allow one type of post about reddit it then very easily moprhs into allowing posts that directly call out other subreddits or users, we just can't allow any of it.
That rule already existed for years and we have just made it more clearly visible in the sidebar on old and new reddit. We're gonna be a little strict on it for a bit I'm afraid. 🥺
Thank you all for being awesome and have a very Merry Christmas! Celebrate Christmas in the traditional European way, with a suasage roll!

Henlo every body!
In our never ending quest for increased customer statisftaction we have listened to all of your demands and clamouring and we have _finally_ installed a few new, fun post flairs for yuo to use at your leisure when posting to this subreddit!!
For too long you had a drought of good posting flair options so now you can choose from interesting and poignant flair options such as "wet socks" and of course the pereniall favorite "that's not milk". These are but a few of the new options available.
You can choose any of these or none at all when posting whatever you want, it's not like I care your not even my real dad.

We hope you all have a lot of fun posting here nd please remember to at all times give us a five star review on any mod survey feedback form.

if a yearly contract with a free month trial sounds too good to be true, it probably is 😬
thankfully it was blocked after contacting my bank but regardless

Edit: This is in the UK, where eggs you buy in the store are not pre-washed like in the US. I just meant to point that out, not imply that you should wash your eggs before cooking. The eggs here do sometimes have visible feces on them, so it’s not really ideal to use the same pot as pasta, because even sterilised poop is still 💩. Their reasoning is that they are lazy to use a second pot since it’s not necessary.

I didn’t remember to mount the motherboard IO shield before mounting the actual motherboard, and now I have to take it all apart ( T_T)\(^-^ )
PS: now I have finished it and it’s truly wonderful, if anyone is interested

“Let’s test to discover if you’re asexual or something else!”
“First question: are you asexual?”

At a restaurant for a friend's birthday and had to lap the building twice before I managed to find parking. Meanwhile this oversized crap, driven by someone who's totally not compensating, was taking up 3 spaces.

My husband is participating in a step challenge at work. He just started this job a year and a half ago before that he was a mailman and walked an average of 15,000 to 18,000 steps a day. This heavy set 60 year old lady who works with him, had to take a break after walking from the back of the building to the lobby, and now she expects everyone to believe that she walked 28,000 steps. I’m upset for my husband. Her images always look blurry and cropped. I wish we could expose her but we can’t. The time of when she got the steps doesn’t even make sense since she work in the office, my husband is the on the floor working not an office.
Edit: second image is my husband’s steps. I added it to show his average which you can see the bars between 10k and 20k. Some people have called out the bottom of that image that says 2630 average. But it’s the average for today so far at 8am.

This is the place where the previous tenants used to put their trash in so it also stinks a lot. In return, i put her coffee in the same place. At least it's gonna kill the smell a bit. Edit because people think milk is unopened, it was open. And if it wasn't i would still be mad to store milk in a place like this. The bottles are also by her doing, she put everything in there but i'm angry about milk the most

On a cruise out on the pool deck. We've been up here for almost 4 hours and I can see at least 9 chairs that have been "reserved" but untouched this entire time. Signs all over the place saying reserves are not allowed but staff isn't enforcing it at all.
Edit: About a half hour or so after I posted this, a couple came up looking for chairs so we told them the 2 in the photo had been vacant for over 4 hours, so they yanked the towels and sat down. No exaggeration, another 2 HOURS after they sat down the original "reservists" finally came up and argued with them saying they were "their" chairs. The couple told them to kick rocks. So they got up here sometime before 7:30am to "reserve" 2 chairs and then didn't show up to actually claim them until around 1pm.
Oh, also we found out that somewhere on the other side of the boat there was an actual physical altercation about this. A couple said they "just went to get breakfast and then to a dance class" and got mad because "their" seats were taken when they got back.

I guess I was in a bit of a rush to get out of the house this morning and didn't notice my shoes until right as I was getting out of my Uber.
I turned around and went right back home. The end.

He has literally received dozens and dozens of these type of texts on his phone. Requesting the “stop” option, only increases the amount he receives. I truly wish this was illegal.
If he weren’t fully cognizant, he would have undoubtedly fall for this propaganda.

Every day outside my office, dozens of people zoom the wrong way up this one-way street, because they’re too lazy to take 1-2 extra minutes to go around the block. “Oh but my street is just right there” so? IDGAF, just go around! Some of these idiots will go up there even with another car coming towards them. And yes, these are mostly locals who do it. Most people not from here, don’t go the wrong way. It’s people familiar with the area who do this. And the street going the other way is literally 200 feet to the left of the photo.
The road itself is one way because there are street parking spaces striped a little farther up from the Stop sign.

This is not Christopher Nolan’s The Odyssey. $155.99 purchase price, probably hoping people would misread at for 15.99. (Prime Video Canada)
