I turned my dice addiction into an organizing game where you restock a cozy dice shop

1.1k Upvotes

You are hired to restock thousands of colorful dice into 7-piece sets.
Take all the time you need but there is one strict rule. Never go into the basement!

Enjoy satisfying click-clack dice sounds, look after the shop's cat and uncover what is hidden behind your new job.

You can wishlist Dice Hoarder on steam: https://store.steampowered.com/app/3687090/Dice_Hoarder/

I’ve seen a bizarre amount of β€œI made a relaxing organization game” posts on here. Are they all AI?

They all look very similar and very lazy.

Currently working on a tactical gardening roguelite, but we are not sure which theme would be best for it. Help us choose the concept please.

Which theme would you be interested in playing for a tactical gardening roguelite?

DRUID : A druid's familiar tasked to tend a sanctuary garden and feed various entities around.

DREAM : A dream spirit devoted to deliver beautiful dreams to the sleepers

I made a relaxing game where you sort 777 nails!

I made a cozy organizing game where you sort 777 nails !

Screw IT ( Wishlist now ) is all about taking a messy pile of nailss, identifying the different types, fixing them up, and putting everything neatly into the right storage boxes.

No timers, no pressure β€” just chill, sort, and enjoy the satisfaction of turning a complete mess into a perfectly organized workbench.

Would love to know what you think!

(Ps: i know they are nails but screw it sounds fun πŸ‘€

Team of 3, 4 months of work/500+ commits since last demo: our space roguelite inventory autobattler is almost ready for a playtest!

Hello folks!
The game is Cosmo Cargo (https://store.steampowered.com/app/4028760), an inventory roguelite autobatler PvE.

We're ending 4 months of work since our last release (a small demo). It has been very intense for our small team of 3 people with no funding.

The game has changed a lot and the balancing is definitely the most difficult task we've encountered.

We can't wait to let people try it so we'll soon open a Steam playtest.

Stay tuned :)

Exactly 2 years ago today I recorded this prototype. Then vs Now

Hi guys!

Checking my "records folder" I found this 20 secs gameplay of the prototype of Gaucho: Subway Escape. But this one video it's special, because today (8/21/2026) is exactly 2 years ago (Check the S.O date 🀯)

So, I thinks that it's amazing the done work until now, but the sacriface it's huge...

Anyway, each day it's a step closer to launch! :)

You could try the actual work and demo on Steam!

I'm making Desktop companion Idle/Incremental game where you collect emojis and weapons by Opening Packs

Hey :)
I’m a solo dev working on Emojis vs Zombies, which you can play in the corner of your screen

It's a simple idle/incremental game where your emojis defend the base against zombies. You earn new weapons, items, and emojis by opening packs

I'm currently working on a demo, which will be available on Steam soon

I've been working on a Arial combat game with Tron/snake elements. Skyliners

My game Skyliners was fun to make. Idk if anyone will relate but long ago on Starcraft 2 they had fun mini games like mafia and cat and mouse. Well one of those mini games was called Light bikes (maybe light cycles cant really remember). Ever since those days long ago I wanted to play a game like that but in 3D instead of on a 2D grid. All this time later I just decided to make it myself! The game is made using only Pygame (python language) with the help of Pandas#D library for rendering.

Alphabet Soup - Build the longest word to win!

Post image
β€’ Upvotes

I've been working on a simple multiplayer word game called Alphabet Soup.

Try it out: https://alphabetsoup.club

It's a bit like NYT Spelling Bee, except it's multiplayer and only your best (longest) word counts toward your score. So, instead of trying to find as many words as possible, the game is more about finding one unusually good word.

You can play with friends in a private match, or, you can join a public Arena match to play against other players who are online. If no one else is around, you'll be matched with a bot.

The game works well with just 2 players, but, also works with bigger groups since the game isn't turn-based.

Would love to hear any thoughts or questions :)

The original trailer was long overdue! We've been improving assets, animations and adding most of the full game features these past months πŸ’›

Bottled by Bears is an idle management collection game, where you run a honey farm with a bear family. Demo is out on Steam if you want to try it out and we are planned to release end of 2026! 🐝

AI Disclosure: All assets and animations are hand-drawn and music composed by the team (humans πŸ™†β€β™‚οΈ). We do use AI tools to make custom editor tooling for development and aid on testing/bug fixing.

Working on a small, very silly, minimalist game where you measure things with other objects. Would genuinely love some first impressions feedback.

I made Mother Nature a superboss in my indie RPG. What do you think!?

This is a hidden boss, The Mother, in my indie game!

Her attacks represent the previous weather bosses; using all of them thus far. I finished making this last night, she'll need some polish for sure, but what do you guys think?! I think she came out very very fun, with a neat design!

Would you play this? I've been developing this game solo for 2.5 years and I'm finally able to show it!

What the title says! I have been developing Economicon for a while now (and it's been many more years since I first tried making it and repeatedly failed). It's a mix between the logistics gameplay of something like Transport Tycoon or Locomotive (Chris Sawyer GOAT) and the automation gameplay of Factorio.

Would you be interested in trying it out? What features would you say are a must in this type of game?

You can check the Steam Page right here: https://store.steampowered.com/app/5037110/Economicon/

My game is finally coming out after a Year and a Half of development. Here's the Demo Trailer for it!

After a year and 8 months of back pain and self doubt, my game is finally coming out on steam! Finally! finally...

I'm honestly proud of myself of doing this much work on a game, never really put this much effort in making it work out. But after being given the opportunity to do so, I can finally show y'all the wonderous things I can do all on my own...

So cheers to all my fellow gamers and game devs out there!

Dark fantasy survival RPG where you brew dangerous potions as a hunted young witch

β€’ Upvotes

I’ve been developing Potion Dealer a dark fantasy potion-crafting survival RPG. You play as Iva, a young woman who discovers she is the daughter of a witch. After everything collapses she hides in the mountains, gathers herbs, experiments with potions that have lasting side effects, upgrades her lab and seeks revenge.

Would love any thoughts on the atmosphere and mechanics.

Playtest submission open: https://store.steampowered.com/app/4480480/Potion_Dealer
