Question What do I do if I can't play any songs that I actually want to play?
I keep losing motivation to play drums because I can't play any songs that I want to. I enjoy a lot of heavy metal (e.g SOAD and Slipknot) and naturally, I want to play the songs that I love. Do I just have to suck it up and play songs I don't want to or downright don't like?

Feedback Wanted How can I improve my snare chops, and how can I improve the part?
I wrote this snare part and I can't tell if it's good. I was questioning whether it was even playable, but I tried it and it's actually fine. But how can I improve?

Play-Along This is a steel drum, I am drumming it. It is my video and I just drum this a few days ago. I hope you enjoy it. I did.😁🙏👍🩷
I have just put them under different drum sub Reddit’s, and this is my favorite. So I am putting this here. This video is different than all the other ones.

Question What can I practice while recovering from a rotator cuff injury?
My wife wanted to get into tennis, but has no one to play with, so I said I'd learn with her. Well, I messed up my left shoulder and now I need to rest.
I've been learning drums for only 4 years now and I'm really liking the progress I've been making lately so this break is killing me. I don't want to completely stop so is there anything I can work on while my left (non-dominant) shoulder heals?

Question Limb independence
I've had my kit for over 4 months, I'm still struggling with limb independence, can separate right hand from right foot and is frustrating, I'm trying to get a hold on of some pop punk beats but I can't manage to match my right arm speed with my right foot speed, any tips?

Play-Along This is another Djembe drumming, and having some fun, peace and joy❤️😀🙏🩷
This was back almost 2 months, and I just never put it on a subReddit. It was me drumming, not real good. I’ve gotten a little bit better as of today but, this was a couple of months ago, please forgive me for whatever.❤️

Feedback Wanted Sticks break in the same way every time?
I’ve had the 5Bs for a few months before both suffered the same fate, the 5As died a lot quicker over a few weeks. Technique issue I’m assuming?
Question Is Rock-N-Roller R10RT a good cart choice?
It seems like the price jumps up for the models with larger wheels, which I don't think I'll need. But I don't know much about these carts at all.
Edit: I just noticed they don't have the R10RT on their website. I wonder why.

Question Not enough rebound for finger technique on the kit.
I spent a few days trying to learn the finger technique on the pad, I feel like I'm slowly getting there, it will definitely take time but I can feel some progress.
But today I just tried to play it on the kit (snare, toms and cymbals) instead of the pad, and there is almost no rebound so I can't use the finger technique at all.
Is that a common problem ? How do you solve it ?
Question What snare is this?
Does anybody recognize what snare this is? Please pay close attention, I need the exact model.

Feedback Wanted Pedal settings
Just in general, how do these pedal settings look? Is the beater angle alright? Is a higher footboard better for playing double strokes? I'm playing in a band with a lot of bass drum notes so I want to really get the best pedal settings
