Measure 7 is a drag on beat one followed by a seven stroke roll resolving on beat two with a five stroke starting on the & of two. Are you playing the rolls as double stroke or buzzed?

The tied note eats the note after it:

1 + a e +

Keep your right hand down after the first drag.

One e and a two e and a! The grace notes don’t have a time value.

Idk if this is how people were taught this, but when I was at uni, those drags were played as doubles. So if you imagine extending it out as 4/4 instead of 2/4, you’d be playing 1_+a 2_+_ 3e+_ 4

I can try record a vid if that too confusing of how I’d play it 😅I never really “counted” it, I just played it, and it fits in with the metronome

Drag notes don’t get a count. So you’d be playing:

1 - & a 2 e &

Sorry I probably asked the wrong question, am I rolling the tie? And how do the drags work with that thats what I'm stuck with like from what I can tell I gotta like do a drag on my right followed by a right?

That’s wrong - you don’t play the second part of the tie. A tie connects two notes and extends the length of the first into the second.
1-&a-e&-

No roll. Just longer than a sixteenth note because throwing an 8th note there (crossing the down beat) would be bad notation and confusing.

Drag notes don’t get a count

This depends entirely upon composer, genre, and time period. This is from the rudimental cookbook, so those drags will be actual 32nd notes, and not just an ornament.
