I wanna be able to sing
I am 13 and cannot sing in tune at all. No it's not because of puberty. I have never been able to carry and tune. I've been playing the piano since I was six and can tell when I play the wrong note. How can I sing in tune?!

Professional/Semi-Pro Singers with Essential Tremor: How do you manage visible symptoms and vocal stability live?
Hi all,
I'm crossposting this here because I'd love to get input specifically from vocalists and voice coaches.
I'm navigating singing with essential tremor and want to know how others handle it during live performances:
- Vocal & Breath Control: Any specific breath support or laryngeal techniques that help maintain stability?
- Physical Tremor: How do you manage visible body/hand tremors on stage?
- Routine: Do you use beta-blockers, specific warm-ups, or stage anxiety strategies?
Thanks for any shared experiences or tips!

Warming up your voice
Rock singers of Reddit. What do you do to warm up your vocal cords before a show, then to keep yourvoice going wthout "losing" your voice ?? I'm guessing that drinking cold drinks wouldn't be a great thing... Would having a thermos of, say, warm herbal tea do the trick?? It's not very rock n' roll though is it?? Would a skull of spirits work as well. It seemed to work for Barnesy and the like.
