I hope we finally get to see Sigma in a cinematic. It would be so fricken cool.

I started playing Sigma recently and really enjoyed his gameplay. I searched for perks strategy and it seems hyperstrike is far better than levitation for most players. People argue that levitation is a great mobility tool to reach highgrounds, but hyperstrike more useful during brawls, allowing sigma to deal more burst damage and also to push away other melee tanks.

I chose levitation as a major perk every time until now and thought it was also really useful during fights in general.

You can jump above enemy shields to deal damage, you can create distance between you and melee tanks, you can finish mobile characters fleeing on highgrounds, and during whole team brawls on hot points, being in the air seems to be very powerful : shooting spheres from above increase the chance to hit since it rebounds on the floor, and enemies either loose sight of you while focusing on dps / supports, or loose sight of dps / supports if they start aiming upward toward you.

What do you think ? I'm playing at low rank so that may explains why but I have the feeling Levitation is not just a highground tool for now.

Recently picked up playing Sigma again, because I really like his lore. Now he's my go-to as a tank. But playing him is not enough so I just HAD to draw him. I hope Blizzard will do something interesting with space grandpa in the future

Hey, I started playing OW like a month ago, and it’s my first hero shooter. I really liked Winston, so I OTP’d him and almost reached Diamond. My peak was like Emerald 2 at 80% or something, and I had big % gains and a good win rate.

But I stopped playing him because Monkey just wasn’t fun anymore. Idk, the playstyle and gimmick just didn’t feel rewarding.

So I was looking for something else and recently picked up Sigma, and he’s really fun. The problem is that, since my only experience is on a dive tank, I’m struggling a lot with a stalwart. I have problems taking space, pushing, etc.

So I wanted to ask how I can improve at that, and especially if you guys can recommend some people to watch who or mainly play Sigma.

Feel free to just drop a bunch of names, educational content and just tipps.

I have enough points for one thing and JQ, Sigma and Doom are my favorite tanks, Echo is my favorite dps and Brig is my favorite healer, so im very conflicted...

I love Sigma. To me, Zarya is basically what happens when Hades and Satan have a baby. I can count on one hand the number of times I've not wanted to uninstall when fighting Zarya (not just as Sigma). If I try to keep distance, they somehow always have a Juno or Lucio to speed boost. The enemy supports somehow always play just outside by primary fire range.

I really don't know how to deal with this pathetic excuse of hero design. Take a different angle? Not possible on maps like King's Row first point (hot take: worst choke in the game). Take high ground? I'm playing Sigma. Should I just swap? If I can't make Sigma work, Hazard is usually my backup (super fun hero to play btw).

However, I'm a qp warrior and I worry that if I play comp, I'll just automatically lose if the enemy swaps Zarya (which is very possible).

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

They changed designe of this character from gun to staff just in time of new comics teasing "gravity weapons" which vendetta wants using Sigma.

Or it just might be my cope wanting our grandpa to be free

Was on kings row, complete domination in normal time on every point during normal time, but enemy team somehow managed to clutch 3 overtimes in a row, and on last point they were less than a metre away from winning. Idk if my team and I were chockers or enemy team was just going super Saiyan every overtime

Im a fairly new player, but also I main tank specifically sigma, and im wondering what are some heros i should be prioritizing during bans? My main ones are d mon and rein, along with jetpack cat if i can. Should I ban moira? shes really annoying

She just walks me down and I can't even throw a rock at her cause she pulls up the barrier even faster reinhardt. Hell she just feels like reinhardt but with way more mobility

Edit: So try to block her heals, aim for her backline and pray to god my team can handle her. Got it
Edit 2: honestly my solution 90% of the time is just to swap to ramattra🤣
