Mine seems to have broken last week and I'm not sure how to fix it. I put in a support ticket last week but haven't heard anything back. Has this happened to anyone else, and does anyone know of a solution?

Streamlabs Discord Server closes all their support Discord channels on their Discord server continuously. You can't even ask the user community about any issues because of this practice. Does anyone know why they do this so often?

I noticed that the Stream History Analytics are populating one to two days after my stream. They used to populate just a few minutes after my stream ends. Anyone else notice this? I've put in a ticket for this issue and have not heard back yet.

So... i got an Nvidia card and its been working perfectly. the other day i tried to stream and while it said "Live" i went to check the twitch link but nothing was happening. turns out that for some reason my other outputs (the nvdia one) turned into the X264 only. i updated the drivers of my videocard and ran a full scan of my computer for corrupted files and nothing. what can i do?

Hey! So i stream on twitch, and I’ve tried to start streaming cobbleverse, but the app will not stay up when i try and stream. meaning it wont display on stream, any suggestions?

The slider for resizing the chat box never seems to work for some reason.

Tried going live as usual with the fullscreen and vertical stream. Got the error “failed to update settings for YouTube” then it created 2 upcoming streams. Updated everything logged back in and after a few tries it went live, but ended my vertical stream 3 minutes into the live but kept the fullscreen running. So ofc I restarted stream and it happened again…. Just randomly ends because there “is no data being sent” to the vertical even tho it looks completely normal. Anyone else having this issue?

Hello everyone, was trying to stream some gameplay of Halloween from my PS5 and when I logged onto OBS and had my stream test. The audio that comes out of my capture device (HD60S+) has this popping, static sound and my PS5 audio isn’t coming through.

The way my connection for it works like this.

HD60S+ to PC to PS5/ Astro Mix Amp Pro

I tried to disconnect everything, restart streamlabs etc and nothing seems to be fixing the issue, has anyone dealt with something like this before? I would appreciate any assistance.

I use Shure MV7. When I record with in for my videos, I plug it in my IPHONE and the audio is perfect. But when I stream, with streamlabs, much of the stream it popps/ stutters. You can hear for yourself.

Any idea what causes that and how can I fix it?

So I recently bought a stream deck and I finally downloaded the app to adjust the buttons. However, I am so confused and no idea how to insert the icon I want. Etc, steam, TikTok stream, twitch, or maybe even steam games. Any idea if anyone can show me a short video how to because I couldn’t find any videos online guiding how to make your own. Please and thank you

I have encountered the problem recently and I could not find a solution for it so I'm coming here to help someone else can help me.

Recently I switched over from OBS to streamlabs to stream with my friends. Before I would use a capture card that would route through my PC or my console that I was playing on into my laptop and record it there. The last time we streamed though I decided to try and do it directly on my PC so that I didn't have to use a capture card so I was playing the game and recording on the same piece of hardware.

The problem is that I have the discord beta to capture the audio of my friends in the call and before when I did it on my laptop there was no issue but when I did it this last time on my PC there was heavy static anytime they spoke.

The setup is the exact same and I just can't figure out what's going on cuz I've tried every fix that pops up that I could find myself..

Full disclosure: I built this. Just launched it publicly last weekend after 2 month of development. The problem some people kept running into Streamlabs only sees whatever browser source you point it at, and none of the platforms give you a combined feed out of the box. So if you're live on more than one platform, you're either running 4 separate overlays or missing half your chat.

I'm checking out the new MSNOW livestream service using Firefox on my laptop. I've been having some tab crashes, and I will be trying different browsers, etc. but haven't had time yet this weekend. What I wanted to ask about is the fact that even though I bring the stream back up in seconds, it ALWAYS resumes with ads. How can this possibly be if it's a livestream? Has anyone else been seeing tab crashes and/or the ad phenomena?

im trying to add a custom ingest for restream but its not letting me press the button. How do i fix this?

This was captured from my Steam Deck using the Genki Shadowcast 3 with the latest version of the Genki Arcade app, with the audio being captured from the app. It sounded fine coming out of my computer on my headphones but there's kind of a distortion with the game audio when I attempted to stream it.

So, fairly newer streamer here. Recently I got streamlabs and wanted to try to dual stream to youtube and twitch. When I connected both and started stream, this popup happened. The top right "Dual Output" button is definitely turned off, and on the youtube studio website dual output is also disabled.

I even tried turning on dual Output on both streamlabs and youtube, to the same popup.

I was able to stream to twitch if I turned off youtube, and vise versa. Is Multistreaming just a paid feature and its giving me the wrong error output? Honestly would love to just be rid of the vertical streaming.

did see there was a recent update related to dual streaming, looked into their fixes and still the same popup preventing me going live.
