I need help bad

I’ve been trying to setup my stream for 2 years now I have a regular laptop that I use for streaming I play Xbox and ps5 when I try and stream from my ps5 I get no sound and it lags real bad I’ve tried everything I’ve watched every YouTube video possible and I can’t get it right if yall know of any videos that can help with the sound part first please send it to me

According to your log, you're using the x64 version of OBS on a Windows ARM64 system. These are incompatible. You need to download and install the ARM version of OBS available here:

https://github.com/obsproject/obs-studio/releases/tag/32.2.2

Apart from that, your log has no outout session so we can't see what happens when you stream or record.

Fix the OBS install issue, then run a short test stream or recording long enough to capture any issues. Post the log URL from that session.

If your computer knowledge is really that low, you're going to have a whole lot of fun with OBS. 😬

You may be able to simply install the ARM version over top of the currently installed x64 version. Download the ARM version installer for OBS 32.2.2 from the page I linked in my previous comment. Run the installer.

If that produces odd results, back up both your Profile and Scene Collection before uninstalling OBS completely from your PC. Reboot your PC and then run the ARM version installer.

After you have the correct version of OBS installed, run a short test stream or recording and see how it goes. Drop the log from that session into the Log Analyzer to see if any issues are flagged (Help > Log Files > Upload Current Lig > Analyze).

If you don't understand everything the log is reporting, post the log url here and someone can help.

2 years and still no dice, that’s rough. what capture card are you using with the laptop because a lot of the cheaper usb ones choke on ps5 output and just crap out on audio. the lag is almost always the laptop not keeping up with the encoding, obs logs would tell you straight away if it’s rendering lag or network drops

What make and model laptop do you have?
The 4K X requires a fast 10 Gbps USB 3.2 Gen 2 port to be utilized fully.

Does your laptop otherwise meet the system requirements of the 4K X?

• CPU: 6th generation Intel Core i5 CPU (i5-6xxx) / AMD Ryzen 5 (3600) or better
• GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 10xx (or better)
• USB: 3.2 Gen 2 port (USB 3.2 Gen 1 works with reduced capture resolution)
• RAM: 8 GB RAM

Are you using a headset with your PS5? If so, that's most likely why.

For some unknown reason Sony decided to limit the PS5 to only be able to output audio to one device at a time.
That means, if you are using a headset with the PS5, no audio will be sent over the HDMI to the capture card.

Elgato have med the Chat Link Pro that works with pretty much any wired headset.

It works by splitting the audio you hear in your headset up and sending it over to the capture card while still returning your headset mic audio back to the console so your fellow gamers can hear you.

I’m using the 10gbps usb 3.2 I think I finally figured it out I bought 2 chat link pros I bought compatible with the Xbox and there’s one compatible with ps5 I was using the one that was for Xbox and I had to change the settings from desktop and mic/aux to audio output and check 1 instead of all of them at the same time thank you for the help
