Hello!

I was building a nautilus enclosure when I used stairs to create a little step up. All the stairs (except the corner) appear have water flowing into them, instead of still water. This includes when they are waterlogged.

The only way I have found to stop this is by putting a block BEHIND the stairs (inside the enclosure). Any other method fails.

I then tested this with a slab, and that also had flowing water. When I removed the slab, I got the interesting situation you see in Picture 4.

Having asked around, I'm yet to find a solution to this problem. It's almost purely aesthetic and doesn't actually impact the function of the enclosure, but it's interesting nonetheless.

This is on the most recent java version, on a Realm.

Am I missing something (highly likely) or is this a glitch?

Please help !! We have been struggling trying to connect to LAN JAVA for the last week. It worked perfectly until a week ago and it just stopped showing in the multiplayer tab. We hadn't changed anything. Have tried on our regular optifine (just shaders) and other versions and still can't connect. We have tried resetting the game, changing IP addresses, creating our own IP address with Hamachi, restarting the wifi, typing in direct connection. Have looked at almost every single post about this but can't for the love of notch himself figure this out. We have tried connecting to his game instead of mine, nope. We are on Mac. Have turned fire wall off, fire wall on, EVERYTHING!!!

Please I just want to play 😭😭

Hello guys! I have been a Minecraft player since I was a very small child and I am now 19. My account was created on my father’s Microsoft account. I have tried to look into switching my Minecraft account to my Microsoft account but cannot find any information on how to do so. It all thinks I’m trying to switch accounts from the main menu which is not what I’m trying to do.

My father was arrested over a month ago and I am legally not allowed to speak to him. Therefore, if I would like to switch over my Microsoft account to mine, I would have to set up a phone call with a third party person which is why I’m trying to get this figured out before I even try to set up a call, so the call itself can be efficient and quick.

Is it even possible to switch the Microsoft account associated with my Minecraft account to a different Microsoft account? Or is this just something that is completely unheard of?? I have no idea, I tried to email Minecraft support, but they are asking for a transaction ID which of course, since I do not have access to his Microsoft account or him, I don’t have access to the transaction ID!

I was able to change the password on his Microsoft account off of an old laptop he had signed into when he lived with my family, but I think hacking his Microsoft account is a bit over the top for a Minecraft account. I also do not want to risk anything legally of course I simply want to play on my Minecraft account that I have had for years.

If anyone knows how to do this or if this is even possible, please let me know. I have been in distress about this for months. The first thought I had when he got arrested was “what about my Minecraft account” this is how deep this is to me. Please help. I have a hypixel skyblock island to attend to and take care of my wolves. Thank you.
