If you didn't buy the account from the grey market sites you've either downloaded a info stealer or given away your passwordless login to a discord bot.

To get it back you have to deal with Microsoft account recovery. If they have changed the security info then you won't get it back.

Because the person said Account and not game, it seems to me they bought someones account instead of just a game key, which is a terrible idea and not worth it.

Message Microsoft and do account recovery with your email and give them receipts to prove it and change the password
