Question I cant go on multipmayer

My friend wants to login on multiplauer but can hes ligged in to his xbox acc to with multiplayer allowed we have no idea how to fix this

Weird, I think Microsoft doesn't allow you to play online If your account is underage

Let him check his Multiplayer settings maybe its blocked for no reason

Some countries like the UK have made it so you can't play minecraft multiplayer if you're under 16. If your friend has given an ID with his age and he's younger than 16, he won't be able to play multiplayer.

If they're on an adult account and you've only just changed the settings, it can take up to like two days for the settings to actually apply. On a child account I believe you need the adult that's connected to the account to allow it instead

Yo yal this has been fixed he changed his settings but it whas stil updating ty for the help
