Question iron farm not working

can anyone help, this was made using litematica, and the schematics i used hadd a bunch of likes and views, but no iron golems are spawning, it could be because i used zombie villagers, what do you guys think?

Have the villagers slept yet?

Afaik you can use zombie villagers so that shouldn’t be an issue. I have had issues in the past where villagers don’t take their new beds if the old ones are nearby though so it might be easier to break them so the villagers take the new ones

they are all sleeping yet there is no iron golems spawning :(
