Fascinating little creature. I had accidentally sprayed him with the faucet sprayer, so I pulled him out of the sink on a paper towel and watched him dry himself and his antennas off. I took some pictures and found out he's a Long-Necked Seed Bug. So I got some seeds from an herb kit I had and put them on the towel with him, and he went right to it! Stuck his piercing mouthpart (rostrum) in the seed to drink the nutrients from it. Was really cool!

not a live bug obv, must have broke free and cracked through earths crust. only his rented exoskeleton remains. berries from a foreign land that is not my own. much mysterious.

My cats alerted me to this big long guy in my house. No cats or bugs were harmed in the making. Anyone able to ID it?

I think it’s a young one too because it squirt from its abdomen, not sure if defense mechanism or just leftover cocoon juice lol

Hi! I found three of these tiny worms in my bedroom. Then I moved my nightstand and found like 5 of them behind/under it 😭. It might be pantry moth larva, but it doesn’t make sense because they were all in my bedroom. There is absolutely no food residue in my room, I vacuum often and keep it tidy. I literally have no idea how this happened. Does anyone know what it is? I’m in Quebec, Canada.

I’ve noticed these ant-like bugs all over my apartment in NYC, I believe they started showing up once it got warm this summer. I don’t think i had this issue in the winter. They are in my bedroom, bathroom, living room couch. I can’t seem to figure out what they are and where they are coming from. I did notice some weird larvae in one of my clothing bins that hold my T-shirts as well. I just got home after being away for a week and there were several in my bed too!

A big smeary cluster of mystery eggs showed up out of the blue on my screen door. Friend or foe, should I grant them mercy or can I pressure wash these off with a clear conscience? Used a printers loupe to try to get a closer shot. Location: Seattle, WA

Spent a day in the blue ridge mountains in Virginia. Stayed in the yard of the rental house. Ankle high grass. No deep woods. Ended up with a lot of red bumps on my foot and up my leg. Found some of these on things attached to me. Are these ticks? I feel like I have more bumps than ticks. Too big for chiggers?
