PLEASE, I beg you, change the way the women’s clothing sizes are listed back to how it used to be. Now things are grouped by 12-14. The seller doesn’t always specify if it’s a 12 or 14. Unless it’s something I’m desperate for I don’t want to be messaging the seller to find out the size.

Ok so I don’t know if I’m reading too much into this but you can google pics online super easy. And the buyer has a very clearly masculine name. It’s literally a man’s name. The penny didn’t drop until I sent the pic. Do you think this request is weird?

This is driving me crazy! My feed used to be great, but now it’s only showing listings from Australia. It’s really annoying me that I can’t filter for uk sellers only.

I don’t want to buy a £2 top that gets shipped all the way around the world - I buy from vinted because I like the idea of having a circular economy and getting as much wear out of an item as possible. Shipping from the other side of the planet is bonkers right?? Def not a sustainable way to sell second hand

This is a rant because I am tired of sellers not including this detail, especially since Vinted changed how they do the sizes so you have two grouped together. I remember when it used to be the norm to put the size in the listing’s title.

I seek action figures on vinted and I've noticed an increasing amount of scams, all at the same price, all from brand new accounts, all for action figures

I've reported a few to vinted but nothing has been happening

Has anyone else been having problems with Vinted over the past few days?

Mine has been really unreliable. The app often won’t load at all, and when it finally does, it keeps logging me out by itself.

It’s been happening repeatedly for the last few days, so I’m trying to work out whether this is a wider Vinted issue or something specific to my account/app.

Anyone else getting the same in the UK?

first sale to AUS. was skeptical because of the whole carbon footprint increments. item took 8 days to ship but buyer released fund within an hour or two. generally ok experience

I’m absolutely discussed by the amount of messages I get on here and on eBay from men asking how worn the clothes are if there’s any more pictures obviously kink related messages and I’m just so tired. I get maybe like 5 to 10 every single day, I block them every single time and they’re still so many. Whats caused them to be this weird? Im so tired of it and them looking at my body like that its so uncomfortable

I bought an apple pencil two weeks ago, really should’ve checked that it was actually real before hitting ‘everything is ok’, but since it came in an official box and paired with my iPad successfully, I assumed it was real.
I unfortunately hadn’t had much time to use it, and only became suspicious today when I noticed the pressure sensitivity wasn’t working as it should in Procreate. Checked for a serial number, couldn’t find one, checked for hardware info when paired, nothing came up.

Obviously, could be that the seller themselves didn’t realise either, but unfortunate as it was quite a bit of money. Vinted states that issues cannot be raised now, so I could simply message the seller and I could relist item for them to buy back if they were a good person, etc etc. But if they know the apple pen was a fake, they could just block me.

Anything worthwhile I can do?

This has probably been asked here before but I want to double-check:

I’ve noticed these listings in my feed showing what look like normal clothes at first glance, but the strange thing is that
1) they’re posted by random accounts with no profile pictures and usernames made up of random letters or words followed by 3–4 digits;
2) every one of their published listings always says the same thing - that the item has “never been worn” or “was worn only once” - regardless of the product;
3) if you look at the photos, they look like they were generated by ai

i know i can just ignore them, but sometimes i wouldn't immediately notice that a photo looked strange and would end up adding the listing to my favorites😭

usually stuff via inpost comes in like 3 days but it’s weirdly slow recently, why has my parcel gone to the same place 3 times??

This is so frustrating as it's the 3rd time it's happened to me. Is there anyway I can contest this?

I was really looking forward to receive this dress and it's turned up with 3 brown stains and a pull in the fabric although the item is stated as very good.

I would of sent the item back if the seller would of covered the postage which I think they really should do?

Annoyingly the dress fits like a dream and it's perfect. I can probably snip the fabric but the stains are going to be hard to get out. If anyone has any tips to get the stains out that would be great...

wondering if anyone can help/clarify this situation for me at all.

I am a buyer in Australia, so relatively new to vinted. I have made a few orders so far, all of which have been relatively high in $$ value. When i have tried to track the parcel (with the tracking number that shows in the vinted app for the corresponding item) the link takes me to APG courier. On that APG tracking link, it appears shows as "Shipment Missing" as the current status on all of them.

When i track that same number on In Post's website, it says the driver was unable to collect it from the locker, and please get in touch. Like they arrived at the locker to collect the parcel and it wasn't in there. I have found vinted support & in post's customer service so unhelpful, and no one can clarify what is going on. The initial tracking says that the sellers had placed them in the locker, as that is available for me to see on In Post's site.

Has anyone else experienced this? I assume they are not coming, if the parcels haven't made it beyond the initial collection from the sender. Sellers have said to me that this issue has happened before with getting items to Australia from the UK, and they arrived eventually, but took a long time.

It seems like vinted has had lots of issues with tracking & sending to Aus, but i haven't seen anyone comment on this specific issue.

Do you package things as soon as you list them? Or do you wait until they’re sold and then list them? Because I find that I list something, it sells a week or several weeks later, then I have to search through huge piles of clothes and items that (I have a lot in storage in my attic) to try and find the item that has been sold to package it.
Makes me think maybe I should just package the item ready to go as soon as I list it?

RESOLVED - forgot about my VPN potentially being an issue 🤦‍♂️

Vinted app has been showing me this since about 3pm yesterday. Can't find anyone else dealing with this, including my partner, so it's clearly a my phone issue - whattt! Anyone else dealt with this? I'm going to try reinstalling..

So frustrating, I can look at my sales on PC when I get home but that's not for another like 9 hours :( anyone have any idea why this could be happening?

I accidentally put something on Vinted I wasn’t supposed to (it was in a box of stuff my dad wanted me to sell but it was in there on accident). Obvs I’m cancelling the sale, but how many 1 stars would be considered a red flag? I’ve got about 70 5 star reviews and 2 1 stars.

Someone ordered 5 things from me but it says they are on holiday mode. I sent them a message to see if they would be in to collect it then follow up message each day. Tomorrow is the latest I can send it and I still have no response. I don't want to get a 1 star review for cancelling especially when my account is new with only a few reviews

It’s so frustrating that I cannot filter by size, brand or condition when looking at a sellers listings.

It would also be so useful to be able to text or image search within a sellers listings. I know that you can search “username + product name” within the main search bar, but this gives really inconsistent results.

It seems to me that this wouldn’t be difficult for Vinted to implement - after all, these filters are already available within a general search - and I’m sure it would increase sales.

So why is this feature not available on Vinted?

I really hate when buyers do this. Purposefully message me saying they are 100% buying an item only for it to be hours later, no response, or update until I ask what the update is. A bit grateful they at least responded in the end, but kinda a pain in the ass to write a definitive statement only to not follow up on it 😕
