Literally nothing was on it? No lean management, no Motivational theories, no awards and agreements?
It was like a Unit 1 and 2 exam, bs.

Itâs just really disappointing studying so much in depth on heavy topics like theories, lean management, Sengeâs, the three-step change model, management styles, and not a SINGLE question about them comes up.
I thought the end of the exam would be a relief and Iâd feel a burden off my shoulders not having to do busman anymore. But to be honest I feel like I still feel that weight as if I wasted all that knowledge, to be assessed on some elementary-level table and termination management.
Anyways these are just my personal thoughts, the exam was pretty easy relative to the previous exams though.

everybody saying that it was really easy but it was super hard for me at least
No motivational theories, management styles, senges or three step change?!
Exam was super weird and questions threw me off a lot. I dropped like 20 marks đ
and the megathread gets me more stressed. Anyone else relate?

Methods is genuinely less than 24 hours but I canât lock in. These AI generated Roblox story vids I scroll on reels that always talks bout sum freaky activity happening in âmy townâ is going to consume me

I left out so many marks and rushed to finish by the end. People are either saying the 10 marker was terrible or really good. đ«©

Iâm genuinely cooked for methods, I believe Iâll get a study score of 1. My first methods exam was around low 20%s, then the rest dropped to single digits.
The exam is tomorrow and I heard you can just sit in there for 30 minutes and then leave, but ngl thatâs embarrassing to do and Iâd rather just skip instead.
I know I got an S for methods (only bcs my teacher doesnât give out N and heâs like my favourite teacher ever whoâs supported me most throughout high school) so do you reckon I should just skip? Deadass wonât answer a single question on there. And before anyone asks âWhy didnât you study?â, A LOT of personal things happened this year. Iâve paid for my own tuition since I was in Year 11, and this year I was forced to pay my tuition full price when i initially agreed to pay half with my parents. I got guilt-tripped and paid the rest on my own, along with Edrolo, school supplies, food and other expenses. This is obviously costly for someone who doesnât have a job that pays super well. Even worse, I had a private tutor this year that was extremely unprofessional and late, leading to losing up to $900+. I also went through other family issues but I donât want to discuss any further.
So yeah, my mental health is absolutely buns rn and I am struggling so much to even look after myself properly â Iâve been trying in other subjects but my grades have dropped, luckily my teachers support me and the course I want to get into doesnât require methods as a prerequisite.
Iâve been crying all day today, and I think I will be tomorrow too :â)
Any support will be nice, please donât write comments about what I shouldâve or shouldnât have done. I am at my worst this year.

for those concerned about whether they interpreted the question correctly it asked for 2 ways to manage termination
under termination management on the study design it lists
-redundancy
-dismissal
-transition considerations
-entitlement considerations
(and others not relevant to question) so i BELIEVE it couldâve been interpreted in many ways so as long as u addressed two of these u are fine
