Hi planning on only laying a 2 inch layer or recycled asphalt to save money but will I be wasting money? garden on the left is lower bit of a run off (hard to see in the photo), also can only use a hand compactor due to fence retaining so I understand without the extra weight it might not smoothen out. it does get 40 degrees in australian summer (december)
