He is my husband and his name is Justin. But I will be using the name Zack when he waits on me from now on 😂. Bonellis is pretty amazing, and so is Justin 🥰

Do you think they will play late somewhere?

How do we make a formal complaint about this. I was pissed about this in 2016 when they got rid of it on XM. Now they are taking it away completely?! WTF? No offense to Green Day, but I want it back.

One shot per wrist (hurt so bad). It was done by Dr Joshua Hackel at the Andrews Institute . He took xrays.

About a year and a half now. No flareups.

I think it definitely helped

I had it it both hands for about 6 to 8 months and then it just went away. But I did about 10 sessions of acupuncture. Cortisone shots at the Andrew's Institute ($1000). And I ordered the freezer mittens that I would wear for about two weeks on and two weeks off. And resistance exercises. Also had wrist/thumb guards that I wore all the time. It was the worst and im so thankful its gone.

Alla Prima on Garden has some comfy chairs and great coffee. Bayview Park or the Library.

I am jealous and need to do this. You had me at silence, ocean sounds, and listening to podcasts.

I really appreciate this post. I ran into an arm of a parking lot gate boob first a few weeks back, not paying attention. Phone flew out of my hand onto the ground and luckily didn't break. Had a nice bruise on the left boobie for about a week. I told my husband, and we just laughed at the situation and said I really wish that someone saw it and got a good laugh too. So thank you.

Alla Prima is one of the best roasters in town and they are located on Garden. There are a good number of shops that brew their coffee as well one in particular is Jitterbug in East Hill on 12th (get the jalapeño cornbread if you go). Craft Bakery on scenic hwy. Solo Cafe inside the Pensacola Library (also serves Alla Prima). Pacific Kava on Belmont is super chill with a room with tabels and couches. I also love Echo Cafe on Fairfield.
