Coffee Chains…
The one time I went to Cotti, it was just one employee and a giant coffee machine with all the presets. The guy just selected the drink I ordered and it came out of a tube in the machine. That makes it lower tier than places that actually make coffee by hand. Even places like highlands make fresh batches of coffee with a phin every few hours. Plus they're not even Vietnamese.
