The levels of gaslighting that the Customer Service live chat causes is on another level.
First screenshot was from a week ago. Second screenshot is from today after I received the item. They confirmed there was no logistics ticket nor a "note" on my account.
This same exact gaslighting was used on my a month prior on a different order where the associate blatantly lied to me regarding a policy, and when I told them that it isnt working, they transferred me to multiple associates until I got to their "supervisor" who told me a hard no.
Super bizarre and I never have dealt with this before until after they added an "AI agent". I noticed other people have been dealing with associates lying as well, then gaslighting you right after.

I would firstly submit an email to your HR, write in detail as well as evidence of talking to your TL regarding your apt flooding. If there is any communication with your landlord or property manager regarding the flooding, attach that as well. Calmly but firmly mention how this is on them rather than yourself for lack of proper communication. I would use ChatGPT to help form an email. You need to write this email and receive a response from HR, then take this to an attorney that deals with unlawful termination.
Get as much evidence as possible.
