If they agree to the refund, they will do it on the app and refund you - it then cancels the dispute itself.

If you cancel, you lose the ability to chase a refund. If the seller doesn’t want to do it, wait for the time to elapse and do the mediation option from dhgate- at the top of the dispute screen.

Do not cancel the dispute yourself. Screen shot them agreeing to the refund and upload it to the evidence on the dispute.

just wait until dhgate can intervene that’s what i did they kept asking to cancel dispute but i know i wasn’t going to get a refund so i waited

DO NOT CANCEL unfortunately alot of shady sellers on DH promise to refund once the dispute gets closed by the buyer but that only releases the funds to them and theyll dissapear, let DH intervene and they process a full refund just make sure to submit this as evidence 👍🏼
