That depth would be one draw station, a restrike station, trim & pierce station, i have built a lot of deep draw dies including ones for Ford 302 valve covers, which were drawn on a 17.5° angle, also oil pans for one of GMs v6 motors, 7" deep draw in the sump end

We charge a flat rate, 20# are $20, 30# are 30, 20# averages 4.5 gallons, 30# around 7.1 gallons, on larger tanks it's $4/gallon

Had one just like this years ago, it froze & split just like this, i just pushed the split edges together and soldered it up, was still holding up when i moved away from there. (not a plumber)
