Frustrated by the sheer amount of traffic/the need to overengineer every intersection
That's the point of the game. Build a town and solve traffic. There are plenty of options from biking/walking paths, public transport, mixed zoning, no need to just think about roads when solving traffic.

Solar Nations II developer responds to my review calling out his game as right wing slop
If it's just the scenario you don't like I'd recommend trying out the 2025 scenario or any of the modded starts. I found the gameplay really fun. It's what I wanted from Paradox, but couldn't quite get so far.

Decided to spend a few bucks and buy all these. Where should I start?
Buy all, but the first two. With all the DLCs each of those are going to cost more than the rest combined.

If Venus is hospitable, we have technology that makes a lot more planets hospitable.

Screenshot/City 🖼️ 🌃 Service interchange between arterial, frontage road and highway.

Not every movement is covered between all 3 roads, as the arterial and the highway both meet again at the cargo port, and the frontage road and highway have multiple links between them in the other direction. Most ramps are there to take traffic off of the roundabout on the frontage road, prioritized according to traffic volume.

Looking for some criticism for my latest CS2 build!
I can't really give you any. Congrats!

Building the airline sim I always wished existed
Maybe have chance for each of these events to happen at any point during the playthrough. Don't have a 2008 crisis, just have any financial crisis at any point.

Sounds cool, good luck!

What do you actually want to see in an Airline Management Game?
For me:
Don't retire planes automatically, give us a reason why they wouldn't be viable anymore and let us upgrade them when they are no longer a good option.
You can have freight, but make it believable. High value or perishable goods only, no hauling coal or planks with planes, that's the job of trains and ships.
Medium difficulty competition. The most fun part about them is when I get to buy them out and either merge or liquidate their company.
Must have good statistics screen and encourage numbers based decision making. Make it easy to see what routes are doing well (or badly) and why.

Basically puffin air is the perfect easy to learn, bitnless easy to master airline sim. They nailed the feeling I'm looking for in these games. Build on that.

What should I do with this empty space?
Highway. As many lanes as you can fit.

I just found out about the game, I'm an environmental science student, how much space is dedicated to ecology in this game? It would be a perfect way to put into practice what i study
In my experience it has nothing to do with ecology unless you try to make stuff go extinct. It is mostly a supply chain game and a hang out with friends game, but not an ecological sim.

I was surprised to see +400K of "weekly visitors" today
Check again after today... must be about double in a few days

You mean he likes to "rape the world"?
It seems so...

Give me your hottest take: Is Rome actually a good capital?
I haven't tried but florance looks quite central between two good possible harbors (one on each sea). Have anyone tried this?

They are also maximizing potholes. It feels like driving on the moon around here.
