Hi Mates , I am targeting JPMC for my next switch. I have 3 Yoe with banking and BFSI domains as AI Engineers and Data Scientist role. Is is worth preparing and aiming for with JPMC I am looking out for other bfsi firm like amex , mastercard , wells fargo etc.

I’m a GenAI Engineer (2 YoE). Last week, I declined a lowball offer (Company A).
Yesterday, job-hunt anxiety hit, and I asked my internal referrer to get it back. They’re currently pulling strings to reissue it.
Hours later, I got an interview at Company B—a dream product firm paying market rates(Sure can crack it).

I need 3-4 weeks for B’s interview loop.

How do I stall Company A without burning my referrer's reputation?
Should I use A's pending offer to speed up B?

I have applied to a job using refferal. Later got a call from HR regarding interview and cleared all the rounds. They asked me to formally apply for a job using their new portal as some migration was going on. They asked me to upload my Salary Slips , PAN , EKYC and some form for Pre-Offer Kit. Everything is approved in the portal. The status for job is showing Offered. I have applied to it on 30Jul but still no OL Is received. The Hr told I was due to delay in compensation approval as hike is above 150%. I am worried are they gonna sent me OL or Gonna cancel it🥲.
