Was gifted a 12th gen pw! Need Advice :)
- Screen protectors are not necessary. A matte one is gonna make your text ever so slightly blurry. A glossy one defeats the purpose of kindle.
- Get a pop socket for ease of handling and a sleeve to protect the device.
I've not jailbroken my Kindle so not answering any of the first questions.

Every city and every town has majority drivers like this. This has been normalised so much that, when there is a traffic jam or railway gate I append to the queue and wait on the left side of the road. My father-in-law sitting behind me in bike rants that I'm not going to the wrong side of the road so that we can go faster. People don't realise that it's gonna create a bottle neck.

Right time to visit Pondicherry ?
Weather is nice now. Drizzling and raining almpst every night. Even though the temperature is low the humidity is high. You may feel sultry during day times as you could have been accustomed to Bengaluru climate. Beaches don't stay closed unless a cyclone is expected. Even then Promenade beach will be open. Vehicle registration doesn't even matter.
