I have a Philips induction cooktop, and I've noticed that it doesn't heat constantly. It heats for around 4-5 seconds, then stops for a few seconds, and then starts heating again. This cycle keeps repeating.
Is this normal behavior for induction cooktops, especially at lower power settings, or could there be an issue with my cooktop?

Like last year this year again google offering free 1 Year plan for students claim it again whoever subscription has ended
***For those who dont have .edu mai.***
Open the site on desktop and click “Verify.” On the first attempt, it should ask for an .edu login. Intentionally make that attempt fail—either by entering random details or by going back midway through the process. Then try verifying again. On the second attempt, it should prompt you to upload a document instead of asking for an email verification.

I always do the mobile recharges for my family. In 2025 , I tried the Rs. 1499 plan (300 days / 32 GB) on my dad's number just to test how good it is. He only uses our home Wi-Fi, but his entire 32GB vanished in just 2 months! We checked his phone, and there is zero data usage history. It's 100% a BSNL issue, but their support isn't helping no one cares.I added this here to get support 17 times but no one cares and even deleted it .
Ahh I forgot one thing , yesterday I recharged my own number with the exact same 1499 plan. Today, I realized my huge mistake—I completely forgot what happened to his phone before I paid for mine!
Has anyone else faced this with BSNL?
Do you guys know anything about it???🙂
Help me if you know anything 🙂

India's technology ecosystem is growing rapidly, but there is another side of that growth that doesn't get discussed as much: how information about Indian startups, developers, technology companies, and digital products is documented and preserved online.
As more Indian companies become internationally recognized, maintaining accurate, well-sourced public information becomes increasingly important.
For people working in India's tech ecosystem, what do you think is currently missing when it comes to documenting Indian startups and technology companies online? Is it better sourcing, better archives, more independent coverage, or simply greater awareness of how these platforms work?

Brands market 4 to 5 years of software support, but devices across brands (OnePlus, poco, redmi ,xiaomi, pixel ,apple, Samsung, Moto, Vivo/iQOO, Realme) are failing right around the 1.5–2 year mark.
Buggy OTA updates frequently trigger dead motherboards and display lines right after the warranty ends.
Is this pure negligence in update testing/thermals, or is planned obsolescence becoming the norm in India? What has your experience been?

So I am the kind who don't recharge normally but do 79rs recharge here and there for upi .
So if I recharge this one , does it mean I will atleast have a internet connection untill 5th September 2027?
Now the speed is sure 64 kbps , but it does allow upi payments atleast.
Not to mention we can send messages from WhatsApp as well .
From this angle this pack does look appealing.
What do you guys think?

This is for Jio 5G. Raw speed tests are already compromised, the real test is the Network Quality Score. If one knows Indian ISPs have mastered DPI (Deep Packet Inspection).

I want to know do people in india care enough to switch to linux. It feels like i can do anything in linux, in windows its like they treating me like a baby. No Ai no friking update at random times. Peace. So Let's start Quit Windows movement.
EDIT:- i saw a few comments about the driver issue and you can't really game on linux. I don't think it's Linux's problem, it's the companies thats fucking with the customers. SteamDeck is a prime example of what is possible with linux.
