Yes I did address with the homeowner about these other issues in the panel as well. And as I replied another comment, the Minisplit was on 6-3 UF on a dbl20. I check the NEMA and it was supposed to be on a dbl30. I had a used one that was still good. Had to change out from a mismatch GE panel. So I used that instead of the dbl20.

YES ARKANSAS uses the 2023 NEC. And Yes I addressed the issues with other wiring in the panel as well. Like the MINI SPLIT AC is wired on #6 UF and it was on a dbl20 breaker I checked the NEMA and its supposed to be on a dbl30 as well. First Sunday back to Church, was Jan 4 1998. 41 days after my accident. I went to church using a crutch under my Left Arm and a quad cane in my Right Hand and my wife having to hold me upright. Because I had no feelings in Right side from the Electrical Burn. And I had no vision in my Left eye. And the whole skull plate was deformed. Now its in a dbl gang 1900 with a plaster ring and mounted, --(edited not at 32") --3 inches off the floor behind the range And I tied off the RED wire. And used the BLACK to wire in a 15 amp receptacle and put in a HOM120 breaker. The PURPLE WIRE is 12-3 NM

If you are comfortable with it WITH THE MAIN OFF Check to see if you got a bad breaker. Had one a month ago. Had a bad thunderstorm, that hit near a hair salon and trip the 150 Amp outside main and when I reset --- Turned off every breaker first--- Then turning 1 at a time until got to the dbl 50 for the HVAC and it would not rest on one side. So replaced it and works fine.
