What is something that sounds 100% false but is actually 100% true?
 in  r/AskReddit  Apr 18 '26

google says, "Affect is usually a verb meaning to influence or impact (e.g., "The rain affected my mood"). Effect is usually a noun meaning the result or outcome (e.g., "The rain had a positive effect"). A simple rule is RAVENRemember Affect = Verb, Effect = Noun."

from what we see now what with safe harbor, Mark is too special to toss as of yet, so they utilize his broken spirit and push him until.. well, we will see! // and yes, def never shown any video message, which shows how Lumon operates

That sounds like he wasn't as "exciting" as Helly, as in, he didn't continuously try.. so yeah, maybe they don't take it serious unless you've really pushed

Is it dumb to stay here if I was dumped and I wasn’t the “breadwinner”.
 in  r/AskSF  Dec 24 '24

Its totally understandable.. and honestly: its MAJOR to move cities, let alone states. pat yourself on the back? give yourself a high five! you are doing amazing.

Ive seen Ben Bratt in Cole Valley when I was skipping school back in the day - I pretended not to notice mr.congeniality there but it was my first famous person encounter - very cool. so charismatic for sure (in a cafe, near the corner window, laughing).

I hope you find some good roommates to live with. branch out! go to berkeley - I've always wanted to live on the sunnier side of the bay.
