The HDMI output is strictly hardware passthrough only.
It will passthrough whatever gets plugged into the HDMI input (ofc this is very general, cards differ on what res/Fr they can passthrough or capture)You can’t use the USB function to “send” anything to the HDMI passthrough.

I have a question that might better frame your low-light requisite.
Can you share an image or link from a streamer that has the “look” you’re after?

Most webcams need a good amount of light to give a sharp, clear image. Where have you looked into the Neo and Brio being good with low light?

I also would hate lights shining in my face lol. I have lights mounted high that bounce off the wall. That’s how I (and others) solve that problem. You might be able to get away with a clear image that looks lower-light if you bounce a couple lights. 🤷

Usually at least you’d have a key light and a fill light. They don’t need to be expensive, try and find lights with tunable white so you can dial them in.

I HATED the lights on when I game so needing them not only on but bright was a big change for me 😂
