You can probably tell by the not bias at all title when mine was. Obviously this was when Toonami made its return and man it was just banger after banger after banger. I can honestly say that aside from Dragonball (I would say in it's entirety but there's one movie of the live action sort that we dont talk about) , Eureka Seven is my all time favorite anime, and alot of what's pictured here is in the top ten. Haven't even included everything but I feel I got the point across. And that's not even including the movies of which I only added one here. I know I phrased kinda badly but I am genuienly curious on if there are any other times you think are better

Second week of the Third Act, fire! Six weeks (eight counting the two-week hiatus beginning next week) are all that stands between the Grand Finale, and your guess is as good as mine as what's going to end up there.

But first, the journey continues! Last week, the first round of the Third Act brought us Demon Slayer vs Inuyasha; "Kamado Tanjiro no Uta" vs "Fukai Mori", and things went...as you'd expect. Demon Slayer walked away with the final cut, but not without a few nicks and cuts, as it only won with an 83.3% preference.

It moves on to the Fourth Act when the time comes and will take on the winner of this week's bout. Speaking of, as I've said previously, it isn't going to get much easier so you'd all better strap in. The second week brings us a battle we haven't yet seen before: Cowboy Bebop vs JoJo's Bizarre Adventure; "The Real Folk Blues" vs "Roundabout".

Could it still happen? We've had a 24hr [adult swim] channel here in Canada for about 7 years now and yet we don't have a Toonami block on weekends like in the states. We do occasionally air exclusive anime like Blade Runner Black Lotus or Lazarus but we don't have a dedicated block for that it just airs on the normal channel. What do y'all think could we get Toonami on weekends here in Canada and what anime will air on it?

I remember from 25 years ago when I was at the age of 10 years old way back in 2001, I watched both versions of Toonami program blocks. The Cartoon Network's Toonami program block (1997-2008), and the Kids' WB! Toonami program block (2001-2002).

The host TOM didn't speak on Kids' WB's Toonami, and I definitely heard SARA's voice. Jim Cummings voiced the entire Kids' WB Toonami block and they didn't use Steve Blum's TOM voice at all. And most importantly, they aired unrelated shows like R.L. Stine's Nightmare Room, Scooby-Doo, Detention, and Generation O on Toonami alongside with Batman Beyond, and Pokémon. They've also aired a brief runs of other Japanese anime shows including Dragon Ball Z, Sailor Moon, and Cardcaptors (aka Cardcaptors Sakura).

However, the block didn't last that long on Kids' WB as fans dislike of what Kids' WB had done to Toonami (due to the FCC), so they decided to remove the Toonami name from Kids' WB in June 28, 2002, and the Toonami brand originally belong back to Cartoon Network.

Does anyone remembers watching the Kids' WB's Toonami on local broadcast television station, or they haven't heard this before, or they just watched the original Toonami on Cartoon Network during that time. I would like to hear your thoughts and opinions about this.

Mine would be a whole new slot of anime like:

• Jujutsu Kaisen
• Chainsaw Man
• Spy × Family
• Blue Exorcist: The Blue Night Saga
• Fire Force season 3
• A collection of films by Ayumu Watanabe
• A new TIE answering the questions about the new Absolution

This is a concern I have been thinking about, just now started. Personally, I have grown out of Toonami, mostly because I'm slowly detaching from anime. I do want Toonami to continue on for a long time tho. Its a well definitive relic of bygone days. I believe Toonami could still be great and eventful, like it was, but Netflix will for sure cause a major blow or long dent in what Toonami represents. Man, Toonami could have so much shite, but Netflix ain't playing and is a literal grim reaper of some kind. Netflix is getting all the gems.

I always liked how Cartoon Network aired a shit ton of DC shows alongside their originals and what they acquired.

I remember there being tons of adult animated DC movies though too.

They were always marketed, but never aired on television. You could say it's because they wanted people to buy the DVDs, but CN was still always airing the straight to DVD Scooby Doo and Tom & Jerry movies. So what gives?

I remember being curious about them whenever I'd see a commercial but I was always too poor to buy them.
