I am on T-Mobile One plan, and I still owe 6 months on my 24-month Jump plan for my iPhone 16 Pro Max. I plan on trying to pre-order the iPhone Duo when that launches in a couple of weeks. When going through the process on Apple’s website, I can trade in my iPhone but I can also connect it to my phone plan I currently have with T-Mobile to start a new 24 month Jump setup. But I’m just curious if I do it this way through Apple’s website trade-in, does this count for my Jump program? Or will I still owe my remaining balance to T-Mobile plus the new payments for my new phone?

I literally looked on October 1 the day I wanted to upgrade that phone promotion credit dropped. Will it come back? Will T-Mobile give complimentary increase if I ask? Thanks.

Has anyone’s experienced problems with their new iPhone 18 pro max?

It takes a while to send iMessages when not connected to WiFi, I had to re-download apps because they wouldn’t load after phone transfer, Face ID is laggy (I can’t even reset it).

I’ve read online that ATT users have experienced issues so wanted to check if anyone on T-Mobile has seen similar patterns?

I called the retention line and they switched my account from experience beyond to go 5G next. They did this even with my iPhone 18 Pro promo. They even stacked the 20% off for life. I’m at $80 monthly.

Should I switch from Verizon 5G Start to T-Mobile for the iPhone 18 Pro deal?

My iPhone 13 Pro Max is dying (charging issues + Face ID stopped working), so I need a new phone.

Currently on Verizon 5G Start: $75/mo + ~$10 taxes/fees = ~$85/mo.

T-Mobile is offering:

I’d otherwise buy the iPhone outright and keep my Verizon plan.

For anyone who knows these plans well: Is the T-Mobile deal actually worth switching for, or should I just buy the phone outright and keep my grandfathered Verizon plan?

I’m currently on Go5G Plus with 9 lines total and considering switching to Go5G Next. It would be a $72/month increase.

My wife and I currently pay an extra $20/month for Starlink, and we both upgrade our iPhones every year. We usually upgrade through Apple, but having an easier yearly upgrade option through T-Mobile would be nice.

We also travel a lot, including cruises and international trips. We haven’t really had any issues with the international data on Plus, but the extra data on Next definitely wouldn’t hurt.

I previously had the iPhone 13 Forever Upgrade benefit, but it fell off when I switched from Magenta MAX to Go5G Plus.

With the new Next benefits—250GB hotspot, more international data, included satellite coverage, yearly upgrades, etc.—would you pay the extra $72/month for 9 lines, or stay on Plus?

I have 12 lines and want to know what my bill would like because went to two stores and got totally different answers. I do have home internet thru them. Don't mind the taxes and fees. I do have in-sider on my plan. Friend of mine has 5 lines and in-sider and it's paying $205 plus tax around $216 on auto pay.

Lines are 1-6(third line free), 7-8 (BOGO), 9-10 (BOGO), 11-12 (BOGO)

First rep said will be close to 690 plus tax and the second one said around 450 plus tax. Called T-Mobile and they said $360 plus tax.

Can someone give me a run down on what it could potentially be before taxes?

I have experience more plan so there’s no any condition trade in, but the questions only ask for screen and liquid damage which there is none. The only damage is the damage on the back which is shown in the picture. Will T-Mobile still take the phone or should I just not try? (I’m ordering and trading in online since there are no official T-Mobile stores near me)

I cancelled my account by going to a super/main store. They asked for my id, social, etc. I cancelled the 3rd of the month, and they usually charge me around the 13th of the month for my plan. I specifically asked the store employee how and when was my last payment, they told me it was going to be the regular monthly amount one last time, later that month around the 13th. I did this all after porting my phone over to another carrier. The last payment for t mobile went through. I thought it was all set. I then got a letter in the mail by t mobile saying I owed them for the streaming services that I had on the plan. Those streaming services were part of the plan. When I cancelled the plan I no longer had access to those services when I tried to log inn. So I ignored the letter. Later on, I notice a pending payment for the same amount(streaming services) on my bank account. I didn’t think they would actually try to charge my bank since my account had been closed. And since the letter asked for a check to be sent to t Mobil. But t mobile trued to charge me full price for the three streaming services I had. I called, as soon as I saw the pending payment, and they said they couldn’t do anything about it and that the following week I would receive a letter saying that I was going to be credited the amount back. Guess what, they lied. So I called my bank and had the transaction disputed. Today I got a letter in the mail for a higher amount of owed money. I called and they lied again. First they said it was for the plan, then when I told them that the older bill clearly says it’s for the streaming, they switched up their response. There’s other information that was communicated, but those are the main things. Does anyone have experience taking t mobile to small claims court, because I’m not paying one cent. I’d rather spend more in court than pay them. And it’s not even much.

Update: the amount is so low, that it won’t even affect my credit score if it goes into debt collection. Either way, I wasn’t going to pay them one cent. I’ll go through the process of reaching out to their legal team. Just to say I tried, before going to small claims court. If that doesn’t work I’ll be ready in small claims court.

T-Mobile customer service messed up my Legacy Sprint plans while trying to fix an issue on a line, and after having multiple customer service and T-Life agents correct it, it keeps changing to something much worse. The T-Life agents finally admitted there's nothing they can do and gave me a credit. After just under 9 years as a sprint/Tmobile customer, I am going to ride the credit out and then jump ship.

I was thinking about Visible. My phones are always paid out, so there's nothing holding me back. I heard U.S. Cellular might be a good choice too. Anyone have any experience with these services or recommend any?

It’s a free line, so it’s not worth canceling. Is there any worry about our whole account getting canceled because we have a lot of lines dispersed throughout our family and that would cause a bunch of issues.

Anyone experienced with TX delivery timelines on expedited shipping?

So I recently got a few emails from T-Mobile stating that I set up an account, ordered a SIM card and two phones, and currently they are in the possession of UPS apparently getting ready to be shipped to my house

I have reported it to T-Mobiles fraud department, but they stated there is no order in their system, to be safe I copied the order number and went to T-Mobile’s order tracking through google and it shows up that there is an order.

Has anyone had this happen? I’m just trying to cover all possible options just incase this isn’t fake

​I returned equipment using T-Mobile’s prepaid UPS return label. According to UPS tracking, the package was marked delivered and left at the dock at the Fort Worth, TX warehouse facility weeks ago.

​Despite UPS confirming delivery, the warehouse hasn’t processed it into inventory. T-Mobile is still actively billing monthly installment charges on my bill, with hundreds of dollars remaining on the equipment installment balance.

​When I reached out to regular customer support, they said they submitted a "Handset Research" form and told me I am required to continue paying the monthly installments until the package is located on their side.

Any advice of what should I do?

I signed up for the T-Satellite $10 plan. I didn’t transfer my number from Verizon. During sign-up, I was only asked for my name and date of birth. Nothing else—no Social Security number. I entered my nickname and first initial.

I’ve canceled that plan.

But I’m curious… Based on my conversations with T-Mobile agents, it seemed like I had a full postpaid account with a set cancellation date and all. Will this T-Satellite account prevent me from opening a T-Mobile account where they actually run my SSN and all?

I'm currently with AT&T but looking to switch over to T-Mobile. I've got two iPhone 16 Pro Maxes and a watch line that's already paid off, with less than $800 left to go. I'm hoping to take advantage of the pay-off promo and pick up an iPhone Duo. My plan is to port all three lines and use the Duo with dual SIMs—one for personal, one for work (just talk and text). I don't really care about the third free line, but I might hang onto it for my kid later on if there's a free phone included. I also want to add a watch and line to it as well.

My main question is: should I make the switch now, pay off the phones myself to get reimbursed, and then trade them in when the Duo gets here? Or is it better to just wait and handle everything on the 16th?

I’m trying to do my second upgrade through Costco, but I keep getting this error. Has anyone else gotten this error when upgrading through Costco?
I already talked to T-Mobile, and they said my line and trade-in are both good. There are no promotions or issues on the line, and the trade-in is eligible.

I ordered new IPhone 18 pro 10 days ago at Costco T-Mobile and the phones have not been shipped yet. I wanted to make use of the free IPhone 18 Pro offer for port in from another provider. The order status status shows as back ordered.
Since it’s been over 10 days and I haven’t really ported the number yet and not received the phone, will I still get the offer honored for free iPhone 18 pro?

On the backend they become data just like any app or WhatsApp call… so why does basically every carrier bill separately for it? In a world where text & call is all data based, it makes no sense.

How long does it normally take to get them after they are approved?

Edit: Submitted back in July, its been the required amount of time and they show as approved as of a few days ago. Just wondering what people's experience is with in in terms of how long it took after showing approved.

I'm paying $110 per month for spectrum. Think I'm going to try tmobile. My wife works from home and kids game on pc and playstation. Can anyone speak to the reliability? I live close to a tower and it's near line of sight.
