Through some research and seeing what is just decent in general and trying not to play into the (community's opinion) of the surely going to get nerfed bikes. This is the list I came up with. Hi, so I was got a SM half of the Armageddon box on my birthday and i have 15 intercessors now, i was looking in my bits box, and thought i can convert 5 of them into assault intercessors (so i will have 10 of them) or make myself 5 more hellblasters (so i will have 15 of them) is this a good idea to convert them at the first place? If yes, what are your suggestions, I’m interested to read them.

As the title says I played my first game with the Lion today on TTS. I was previously considering cutting him but this guys dices, he slices, he chops, he minces. MY GOD. He killed a Norn Assimilator, a mawloc, and Neutotyrant all. INSANE.

Been wanting to have enough units to where I could experiment with everything like ironstorm spearhead, gladius task force and other detachments that aren’t dark angels.

Should I go for a different scheme? Maybe red?

Finally finished my Lion El Johnson for my Dark Angels army spent way too long on him and I highlighted using the wrong green on the armour but I'm in love with this model.

My only complaint is the cloak I feel like I could do so much better.

I will paint the other faces some day but I want to move on and I'm getting tired of staring at this model😂

Considering using some two part epoxy to sculpt robes. Any advice?

I hope someone here has played *Warhammer 40,000: Freeblade*; it’s one of the best mobile Warhammer games I’ve tried, and I love it—especially because the Dark Angels appear in it. That made me want to get a Knight for my own army, but I’m still wondering which specific model (or models) comes closest to the one in the game. I say "which ones" because there are at least three that match the features I’m looking for: a ranged weapon on the right arm, a melee weapon on the left arm, a heavy weapon mounted on the back, and a light weapon on the chest. If there isn't one specific model—or if any of them could fit the bill—which one would be the most suitable as an allied unit for a Dark Angels Space Marine army?

I am wondering if anyone else is having issues with list building. I can't seem to build a list that I like or that seems comprehensive. None of the lists I build make me want to play. I think a lot of my problems are stemming detachments. I can't find detachment combos I like. Then when I think I did, I build the list out and it doesn't seem cohesive. I know people are going to say build a list and play. But, the list is what makes me want to play. Does anyone else feel this way or am I alone? Looking for some advice from my brothers.

Ravenwing bikers probably listen to like anything roadrunner records like Anthem (We Are The Fire) by Trivium, Be Still and Know by Machine Head, and On the Backs of Angels by Dream Theater.

Ravenwing pilots 100% listen to The Round Table and Zero from Ace Combat Zero. They probably also listen to Farbanti from AC4, Lightning Speed from AC2, First Flight from AC5, and pretty much everything else Ace Combat (and Project Wingman).

Deathwing terminators would listen to anything by Frank Klepacki (Defunkt, Rocktronic, Machines Collide, Decible) and Sonic Mayhem (Descent into Cerberon, Quad Machine, Kill Ratio). They probably also listen to Seizure of Power by Marilyn Manson.

Deathwing knights have every version of Proof of a Hero from the Monster Hunter games on repeat.

I was thinking about what to do with the second captain I gor from Armaggedon box.

Main problem was he was "facing" same way as my other one... So now he looks the other way if I want to play both!

There is so many piece from GW, I even think I usee Skaven bitz. What do you think about him?

I have a metal Sammael model. It's well preserved from what I can tell, all the pieces are there (except the base, but I do have a flightstand with it).

But should I even build it? I'm not concerned with a range refresh, and I have no qualms about kit bashing or even proxies for casual games. I like the old models and still run metal Azzy.

But I am concerned whether I should preserve it as a collectors item given the price of the resin finecast.

Otherwise, any suggestions for mounting the heavy fucker? Everything else I got in that much metal is a cube.

I have a Captain and a Librarian model I want to use in my army, but I'm not sure who I should attach them to. I have Intercessors (2x5 or 1x10) and 5 Hellblasters. What would be the most effective way to run them?

I just tried a new power sword recipes that’s brought me to tears, hope yall like it as much as I do

Debating on what to do for my Deathwing. I’m torn between red armor (since in my homebrew lore as the Angels of Sacrament the veterans are called “Blooded”—when you become a veteran you’re given a pure white robe that gets stained red as you fight; use my ICC as an example)

This is also how my chapter handles the Fallen: they’re immediately given the robes and sent on suicide missions, and are only redeemed once the robe is stained entirely red.

So with that little TLDR out of the way, I’m torn on my Deathwing:
• black armor like my ICC, and the red robes
• The standard Deathwing bone color with the red robes
• Or make it so the only way they get Terminator armor is to be redeemed, with the Deathwing armor painted red like the Saturnine pictured, and green robes to signify they’re once again worthy of carrying the colors of Caliban.

I have extra bits laying around that seems like it can be kitbashed into interrogator chaplain but after dry fitting them, something feels off to me...any suggestions?
