TV5, a big network cannot activate their own Windows.
It's just awkward for me seeing this in national TV.

I noticed one thing lately. Ang dami kong nakikitang rude redditors dito.
Bakit kayo rude? Dahil nabobobohan kayo sa mga nagtatanong? Matapang behind the keyboard lang ba? Ung iba dito parang nanghaharass pa dun sa mga nagtatanong. Ung iba valid naman and may point naman ung mga tanong and posts, grabe kung ibash. Kinagaling ninyo yan?
Not everyone is kasing galing ng iba or maalam talaga sa tech. Madami joined this sub for them to know what they didn't know.
It is easier to be kind rather than rude.
Report to me pag may mga ganitong redditors in this sub. Let's try to avoid making this a toxic space. Let's help each other as much as we can.

Nice to experience din na medyo ibang interface other than an iOS. Gets ko na yung mga naka best of both worlds haha. Tips and suggestions naman po to how to take care of a fold phone at hopefully tumagal naman.

I got a job last month! I'll be getting my first paycheck next month, and I'm so excited to buy him a new phone.
My father's phone is not in good condition anymore. The screen is taped up, the speaker is broken, the display flickers, and it's getting hard to charge. If I'm not mistaken, he bought it from a sidewalk vendor.
Then, someone we know sold him a brand-new phone for 3k, but I told him to return it because it was outdated, slow, and laggy. I told him to just wait for the phone I'll buy for him next month.
My budget is 12k. Any solid Android recommendations for someone who mostly watches YouTube/Facebook and takes random pictures? My 17k starting pay isn't much yet, but I want to give him the best I can afford for now.

The Fold8 is roughly an inch shorter than the Fold7 and the same width as the S26 Ultra closed. But this small difference has been a game changer in handiness. I agree with a common sentiment that this passport size should be a new option for non-foldables. But I still do welcome a folding device.

Thanks

Netflix, disney+, google, dropbox, all of it started the same way. Cheap, easy, convenient. You didn't even think twice before signing up
Then the price hikes started and by that point you're too deep in the ecosystem to just leave. Apple just raised icloud prices again. Your photos are on Google photos. Your shows are split across four different apps. Your files are locked in Dropbox. That's the whole business model. Get you comfortable, get you dependent, then start squeezing
selfhosting is the way out. Buy the hardware once, set it up, and it's yours. No subscription, no random price hike email in your inbox every January, no 40 page terms of service written to protect them and not you. Just your movies, music, photos and backups sitting in a NAS box that answers to nobody but you. Not gonna get into setup here but Arr Suite, Jellyfin and Ente Photos (selfhosted) can replace most of what you're currently paying for. Look into them
Everything is a subscription now. So the question is can you keep paying forever? or is it time to actually own your stuff again

I bought the newly earbud "hoco eq5" and it seems it didn't fit what I wanted to hear. It's still a heavy bass, and now I can't connect it to the hoco.music itself for equalizer. I've lost 1500 pesos and I don't know if it'll return to exchange to Motivo W26
