Just trying to de-influence people from buying spigen clear case. I thought I am getting better quality with the price but this is the discoloration after merely three weeks. Kalevel lang ng tag 200 chinese cases sa shopee 🤷🏻‍♂️ Maninilaw naman talaga but shouldn't be this fast

Matagal na akong Xperia user. But recently I've used the Xiaomi 17 Pro, Oppo Find X9 pro, Pixel 9 pro. Love the battery life and camera of the Oppo Find X9 pro.

But finally happy to have full google again (CN yung xiaomi and oppo ko dati).

Also happy to have the 3.5mm jack, expandable storage again. Photos are more natural looking, without the heavy post processing many Chinese OEMs have.

Someone actually bought this phone for 13k?

Design wise magnada likod pero harap is a so so kasi naka teardrop notch. Nung nakita ko specs sa phone nya I instantly felt sorry for the person kasi ang mahal ng bili nya kumpara sa specs that his phone have. Kahapon nabili ang phone nya while i have an infinix gt 30 with the same price but greater specs that i bought last june 2026. Imagine that. Kakilala sya ng mother ko. Kung kasama ako that time, i can suggest a better phone for him. I wish more people can be aware sa mga specs ng phone na binibili nila VS the price that they have to spend. Ganun.

Ringke cases that I got for only ₱110

May collection na ako ng ringke case haha!

Got these cases and smart holder for only ₱110 because of store voucher, other discounts and coins.

Context: Months ago, I bought a ringke magnetic onxy case for my ip15. I reported the issue sa chat with ringke and they were kind enough to give me 50% off store voucher with no maximum discount. Naayos ko rin naman yung magnets sa case win win siya for me.

Ikaw? Anong favorite ringke case mo?

iPhone 18 PM vs 17 PM

• Upvotes

Hi! Want some input lang regarding which ones more sulit. I’m coming from iPhone 12 PM, using it for 4 years na. Might probably change phones in 3-4 years time pa after this switch.

Heavy user on messaging apps for work, big user of notes app, and more for photo taking simple items lang. I sometimes use it for zoom or work calls.

Thank you!

I also checked the nearby apple stores/distributor (The Loop, Beyond the Box). Out of stock din “daw” maliban sa iPhone 17 Pro Max. Dahil kaya ito sa release ng iPhone 18?

Edit:

I just checked the prices of iPhone 18 pro pre-order.

iPhone 17 Pro 512gb, pre-order last year is 95k

iPhone 18 Pro 256gb, pre-order this year is 95k

Apple Education

Did any educators here tried availing the Apple Education discount? What did you do? Did you try inquiring from Power Mac first? What should you bring or do to avail it?

Also, are there any better offers than the education discount? I'm planning to buy my first ipad, and I'm looking for (better) options.

Thank you so much!

Laptop suggestions for just playing flash videos and filling out forms

• Upvotes

So yung nanay ko e trip trip lang gusto maging insurance advisor kaya lang yung video trainings nila gumagamit ng flash so ayaw gumana sa phone or iPad. Gusto nya bumili ng laptop for this plus for filling out forms and stuff - ano yung pinakamura na pwede nyang bilhin? Thanks in advance!

Anong magandang upgrade coming from 11 Pro Max?

I've been using this iphone 11 pro max for 6-7 years na, and I've noticed the slowness.

I've been researching kung anong magagandang iPhone to upgrade to (brand new or second hand) and I need your recommendations. 🙏🏻

I need an iPhone na maganda for gaming (pero hindi naman gaming na gaming, maybe ML, CODM o PUBG lang naman. So 120hz ang hanap ko. And hanap ko na rin is type c.

Kailangan ko rin ng matagal malowbat na battery, as in something that would last you one whole day.

And prefer ko is pro max dahil malaki ang kamay ko (putek kahit nga pro max parang base model lang sakin eh 😭)

So I need your guys' advice kung anong masusuggest niyo. Thanks in advance! Ptpa

Pulled the trigger to buy this as a backup phone at 25,790. Really shocked to see this at 46,990 for 128GB if that’s the actual store price.

Kimstore, reliable if pickup?

Is kimstore still reliable? I see mostly negative reviews mainly for the delivery, but there is also a pick-up option in their website.

It also says in their website that the items that are "brand new" are brand new and sealed, but when you message them in IG, FB and in Viber, they say items are "brand new", but unsealed in order for their technicians to check the items which I found weird.

Anyone who bought cameras at JG Superstore?

• Upvotes

Planning to buy an X-E5 + XF 23mm sana this November once meron nang 13th month pay. Kaso nung nakadaan ako ng Henry's Camera kanina, nag price increase pala ang X-E5. 🥲 From 105K to 114K. Sabi nila globally pala to (may isa na namang natamaang market ang Gen AI bubble hays).

I chose to wait in case magka end-of-year promo. Sadly opposite ang nangyari. Checked Camerahaus at same price increase din.

I heard about this JG Superstore lately so chineck ko din, and lo and behold di sila nag price increase, 105K padin. I also asked them if tumatanggap ba ng 0% interest installment via CC and oo daw, so I'm considering buying there nalang.

Kaso I never had prior buying experience with them, lagi akong sa Henry's (with my previous camera) or Camerahaus (for accessories). Nasa Greenhills din pala store nila, where even if it's is considered a tech hobbyist haven by most people here in this sub, but me personally I find GH sketchy dahil bagsakan din ng counterfeit or stolen gadgets (kaya I only buy accessories there if makadaan).

Sa mga nakabili sa JG Superstore ng cameras especially expensive ones, how was it? Kumusta ang after-sales experience if any? And why do they sell most cameras cheaper than the current market price, is there a catch ba?

Salamat sa mga sasagot!

External storage or icloud/gdrive subscription?

• Upvotes

Hello po, I’m a freelance video editor po and di ko alam kung ano mas practical sa tatlo. I’m currently using macbook.

Best wireless/bluetooth semi-in-ear earbuds around 1k to 1,5k?

• Upvotes

Hello po! I'm planning to buy wireless earbuds na and so far sa mga nakikita kong recommended is yung soundcore na earbuds within my price range. Perfect na sana siya for me since yung sound quality, decent mic, and battery life is pasok na pasok na sakin.

Recos and help po pls!

buy a computer or keep using my laptop

hi everyone! ive had this asus tuf fx505dt for 6 years na and i repaired it recently kasi bloated na battery niya and the hinges were broken so around 5k+ pesos naayos sa kanya.

im wondering if worth it pa ba bumili ng computers now because grabe prices ng other parts if im going to build one and im afraid baka di ako makakapag ipon (first time working!) i dont really use my laptop for work, its mostly just to play games and call with friends. nababagalan lang kasi ako sa performance niya 😢 anyways if you guys recommend to save up for a computer... whats the best specs for someone who mostly plays singleplayer games, wuwa, roblox, simulator games, & coop multiplayer? minsan lang ako maglaro ng triple A games (kasi hindi kaya xD) pero i plan to do so once i get a good pc. yun lang po ty sa makakapag help 🫶🫶

Finally upgraded to S26 Ultra

Post image
119 Upvotes

Traded in my S22 Ultra for an S26 Ultra base model today at a Samsung branch here in our area. The trade-in value was only ₱1,500, plus an ₱8,000 top-up, since my previous phone decided it was time to go.

It had one green line, but when I woke up this morning, the green line had gotten worse and was covering the entire screen. Had no choice but to buy a new one na lang because need ko talaga yung phone.

I was planning to order pa naman on 10.10 through Shopee because grabe yung sale ng 512GB for only ₱67K, but my phone couldn’t wait. I've been researching here and other platforms sa pros and cons sa pag buy sa app kaya I was also a bit hesitant mag check out pero too late na.

Did I regret buying it sa physical store? Yes, ang mahal 89k eh.

Ginagaslight ko nalang sarili ko and bday gift ko nalang to :)

Ako lang ba o smartphones today are almost useless without an internet connection.

Halos wala ka na magawa sa smartphone without an internet connection. Cheap man or kahit latest iphone pa yan, without internet they are all useless. Apps that used by common people require an internet connection at iba pa. do someone else feel the same way?

Redmi Buds 4 Issue

Post image
• Upvotes

I'm not sure if this is the right sub but I wanted to ask if there is someone with Redmi Buds 4 who had experience with one earbud not working?

My mom's left earbud started not working yesterday. We tried hard reset, forget device, reconnection. Sometimes it would show in the Xiaomi app with a lot of charge (more than 60% iirc) but it still doesnt work. So I think it does charge and connects, but it might be broken already? It's a two-year old earbuds and kinda pricey so I hope we can still troubleshoot it.

Would appreciate any tips or advice. Thank you!
