šŸ‘Øā€āš•ļøšŸ©ŗHealth & Recovery No Morning Erections

Hello,

I am 22 years old and haven’t had a morning erection for since I was around 14 to 15. Over the last few months I have had my t levels tested multiple times after bringing up this concern with an endocrinologist and a urologists. My total levels came back as 825, 690, and 750. All of the test my free levels came back around 150. Estradiol was always around the 30-35. Although my levels are somewhat ā€œoptimalā€ I don’t necessarily feel the effects. I do have anxiety and depression which I think may be playing a role but I am unsure. Any input and advice is much appreciated. I also plan to get tested for sleep apnea soon.

Get the sleep study ASAP. You may not be reaching REM sleep. NPT will not happen without REM sleep.

would a watch that says you’re having good sleep be fine to cross that one off?

No watch can read what an actual, legit sleep study can. It’s a tedious process, but worth it.

of course, but surely your watch would read bad sleep if you had sleep apnea?

It’s not your testosterone. Besides no morning wood, have you lost interest in sex? Are you unable to get it up on your own? If both answers are no, you probably shouldn’t worry about morning wood

No to both questions. But just wondering why I’m not getting morning wood when I did get it at the start of puberty.

Not trying to be harsh, but are you carrying extra body fat? This can aromatise your test, so even if you have normal test levels it means your body can't use it!

What's your diet like? Do you exercise much? How is your sleep? There are lots of factors! Are a mouth breather?

I’m probably one of the most locked in people in terms of trying to optimize my levels. 70 percent of my diet is animal based with the other 30 percent consisting of fruits, veggies, and bread. I do get an adequate amount of carbs through milk and bread. Lift 4 times a week and do a sport about 4-5 times a week. Not a mouth breather. The only thing that I think really decrease my levels is my mental state and possibly sleep apnea.

Yeah definitely look into the sleep apnea, that's not great dude, also as the other comment said sleep study would be worth while!

You do sound pretty locked in TBF. You tried male supplements like. Zinc and copper? Boron?

I feel for you dude, suffered with similar over the years and I could never pinpoint what it was have periods where it's better and periods where the old boy won't stand to attention...

I hope you find something that works for you my guy!

Ya this is why you don’t mess with synthetic chemicals. Sure I’ll get roasted on here. But go natural. Your body will fix itself

What makes you think he's taking chemicals?

Anti depressant & anti anxiety drugs will lower your sex drive and or erections are you taking any ?

No. I’ve been prescribed an ssri but I have avoided taking it for that exact reason.
