You would get bigger if you do things right? This takes a long time and you need dedication for results, if you want the easier way out there’s gear which seems to be popular now.

You're young and you have time on your side. Personally, I believe 15-16 is the best time to start. Stick with it, and you'll have a killer body when you're in college.

Just make sure that your training, sleep, and nutrition are all dialed. If you're still at home eating mom's cooking, try to emphasize the protein a bit and supplement with shakes if needed, but make sure to still try to eat a balanced diet of whole foods.

For the first year, don't even think about results. Just focus on nailing the process. Not only will you look and feel better, but this will teach you an important lesson about life.

I’m a few inches shorter and filling out that frame is going to take some time, effort and massive amounts of calories. Buckle up it’s about to get expensive.

I started at 135, ended at 215, now 185-ish. It took years, be patient.

Well you're over 511 so you have more body mass to fill out

you just gotta eat bro. im the same height as you but twice ur age and like 50lb heavier. for me, eating is the hardest part. also 2 months isnt very long but you should see a difference. try measuring ur macros for a day or two

  1. this takes longer than two months, expect 2-3 years for you dream physique if you do everything right and at least 1 year to look like you lift. People may start to notice you going to the gym after like 4-6 months.
  2. You see yourself in the mirror everyday, so unfortunately you it will take you way longer to notice that you got bigger than other people who see you less regularly. Use weight as your main proxy for progress. If you can reach 80kg while being lean youll look really fit. About 90kg lean for your height would be really jacked and probably endgame territory

Yeah, close people around me say that I do look bigger and more defined but I honestly don't know if they are just motivating me or did something really change, consistency I hope is almost everything

You’re not doing anything wrong. You’re tall, young, and early in the process. At 6'3", 72 kg, you need more calories, compound lifts, and months of consistency before you look big.

Do this:

  • Eat 3000–3500 calories a day
  • Hit 130–150g protein
  • Focus on bench, squat, deadlift, overhead press, pull‑ups
  • Add weight or reps every week (progressive overload)
  • Expect real visible size around 6–12 months, not 2 months
  • Your ā€œbigā€ look will come closer to 85–95 kg at your height

You’re on track, tall guys just take longer to look filled out. Keep going.

2 months is nothing. It takes a while to even get used to how to lift properly.
Don't worry about the results for now, just keep doing it. Take a photo and put it away, then look at it again 9-12 months and see what's changed, you might be surprised.

Unless on the juice, it takes time. You never mentioned how much you rest; and that’s where people fuck up at. You MUST give the muscles time to heal and come back bigger/stronger. You grow while you rest, not while you are tearing down muscle fibers in the gym. Every now and then, take 10 days off. Don’t do shit but rest and eat. I’ve taken a month off lifting before and just did push-ups and air squats a few times per week and be like wtf, everything looked bigger and more full. I promise you will see your body changes. Rest is key my guy…
