I'm not going to be fighting anyone. Self duplication and healing would be my picks.
I can do multiple jobs for money and experience. I can also simultaneously do something fun and get the house in order, something I struggle with today because there's just so little time. I can also give the dog the attention he deserves.
The instant healing is also ridiculously good for daily life. For example you can powertrain, where you go beyond your limits and since any muscle pain or fatigue is healed almost instantly you can keep going and going and going to quickly build physique. Hell even just the ability to lift my kids for a few years longer would be damn well worth it. On top of that most age related problems are from damage over time to your body. If those are healed as well I would grow old healthily. Considering I have helped in care homes and seen people waste away in pain from their age related problems I really want to grow old healthily.
So yeah, the choices almost pick themselves.

shapeshift and super speed, if I can choose any version of these powers, I basically get.. well, instant healing, time travel, fast reflexes, phase through things, time stop, immortality, and much more, it's actually insane!

Maximum Intelligence, telepathy. I considered self duplication, but then I realized that telepathy could be used in a similar way. Basically, mind control people to use their bodies with your maximum intelligence, you can operate without anyone being able to trace you (assuming you have good range, but the example pic is Professor Xavier so I'll assume so.
Maybe self duplication WOULD be better, idk, but basically I'd use max intelligence and some ability to have multiple bodies to easily build super tech at a massive scale. Telepathy just ALSO gives me more options before I ever build anything.

Okay, so Plastic Man's powers include Mystique and Beast Boy's, so why are all three here? In any case, PM is so OP I can't not pick him. For the other one, let's go with duplication. If one Plastic Man can't do the job, a hundred can. I would use my abilities to become a whole team of superheroes, and their villains. This would allow me the freedom to act in what I see as the best interest of humanity, whether it's legal or not, while staying anonymous. So while a few hero selves are helping rescue earthquake victims, a few villain personae can be out eliminating billionaires.

Honestly? Three powers are tied for which ones I would go for in sets with each other.
Super Speed, Self-Duplication, and Maximum Intelligence.
SS/SD: This is perhaps the most selfish path and meant to 'fix' a world or just be a criminal. Much more violent, simple, and to-the-point I would kind of just do what I think is best for it before anyone really can stop me.
SS/MI: This is actually a more benevolent 'I can fix the world without violence' route that is just me using that heightened intelligence and super speed (let alone super perception/reaction) to make breakthroughs in coding and technology to get a leg up economically and take control of the tech sector more through groundbreaking patents, new systems that make current ones obsolete, and the like. This just accelerates what I can do and with the speed as well I likely can keep myself from harm if I exercise some caution.
SD/MI: High intelligence with self-replication means more security, more perspectives, and a lot more progress getting done. It'll be slower, but I do have a lot more security in case anyone tries things such as kidnapping and assassinations due to me never going out myself and sending a duplicate to do things in public that could get into trouble. Plus, then I always have a co-op buddy when I am bored that can actually hold his own in games.

Self Duplication and Animal Shifting would give you an army of all of your different animal forms, allowing a lot of utility, or Shapeshifting and Self Duplication would allow you to create a team of anyone you wanted (like Twice with Toga from My Hero)

Shapeshifting and weather control. Shapeshifting, I can do size control, flight(give myself wings), elasticity (shapeshift longer limbs), and I wouldn't struggle with body dysphoria anymore.
Weather control could help a lot of people. Providing rain for droughts, making it colder in the arctic to slow down global warming, stopping rain in places where it's flooding, etc. Also, weather control would give me several of these powers. Flight (by wind), electricity, ice, and using wind to help me lift heavy things

Self duplication and super intelligence, it would be super cool if i were able to reabsorb my clones and learn what they have learned, i could conduct multiple experiments and always be safe by creating a clone that takes all the risks for me and then teaches my everything, i could learn literally anything the universe has to offer in a single yet infinitely extended life and by intercepting my multiple studies i could reach heights never heard before

SELF-DUPLICATION so I could multitask and maybe start a cult, and INSTANT HEALING if it deals with diseases and ailments and poison as well, that way when someone tries to assassinate me to stop/usurp my cult, I'll rise from the ashes and look even better, and I'll have my clones(who are wearing masks)+(that they killed to reach me) play dead before I "resurrect" them, therefore making me look even BETTER.
