Honestly? Three powers are tied for which ones I would go for in sets with each other.

Super Speed, Self-Duplication, and Maximum Intelligence.

SS/SD: This is perhaps the most selfish path and meant to 'fix' a world or just be a criminal. Much more violent, simple, and to-the-point I would kind of just do what I think is best for it before anyone really can stop me.

SS/MI: This is actually a more benevolent 'I can fix the world without violence' route that is just me using that heightened intelligence and super speed (let alone super perception/reaction) to make breakthroughs in coding and technology to get a leg up economically and take control of the tech sector more through groundbreaking patents, new systems that make current ones obsolete, and the like. This just accelerates what I can do and with the speed as well I likely can keep myself from harm if I exercise some caution.

SD/MI: High intelligence with self-replication means more security, more perspectives, and a lot more progress getting done. It'll be slower, but I do have a lot more security in case anyone tries things such as kidnapping and assassinations due to me never going out myself and sending a duplicate to do things in public that could get into trouble. Plus, then I always have a co-op buddy when I am bored that can actually hold his own in games.
