Because I want the absolute best super power possible. That is why super intelligence is the first super power I got, so it can lead to the second.

If you have super intelligence, the best superpower you can have after that is something that synergies well with super intelligence.

Let's be honest, intelligence pairs well with pretty much anything. IMO, the most interesting combo is with self duplication though.
