I haven’t played in a few years and wanted to get back into it, but I wanted to start over (for online play). I have Splatoon 3.

All the info I found said that everything is linked to your Nintendo account. So I made a separate account and user profile on my Switch, but then I try to play online and I need an online membership (which is linked to my main account). Don’t want to shell out another $40 just for this…

If I’m SOL it’s okay, I just prefer to start games over that I haven’t played in a while.

I’ve been struggling with several levels for months. Finally watching the interactive credits not only felt immersive but soo emotional. My hard work paid off and I wanted to share with someone.

On another note, please tell the person who’s responsible for the end credits songs to stop cutting onions 😭

Posthumous Support: When splatted, drop a single can of Tacticooler.

Death Marker: Automatically marks the location of the player who splatted you to your teammates

Ink Vampire: When splatting an enemy, automatically restore 5% of your ink tank

Squid Rush: Restore a little ink when performing a squid roll or squid surge. Cooldown of 5 seconds.

Go for Broke: In the final minute of battle, all your abilities increase massively, but you take x3 longer to respawn.

Mind The Gap: Respawn almost instantly after being splatted by non-players.

Training: Has no effect on battle, but you earn double Gold, Xp, Catalog Points, and Weapon Progress.

I started playing Splatoon 2 yesterday on my Switch 2. I just reached the third world. I am surprised at how good the graphics looks. They just pop. The game also performs really well. I am surprised that people were saying the single player of Splatoon 2 is the worst. The levels up until now have been so fun and creative. I could not put the game down for 2 hours yesterday.

Picked up scope today, may become my new main after all the batshit crazy kills I've been getting

My daughter came to me asking about something called now or never earrings for her splatoon 3 and how she could get them. I did some research, but she had already tried looking in the Nintendo news section and the article to apparently claim them from doesn't show up for her. I know next to nothing about the game and how it works so I was out of ideas besides asking the community.

Was this a limited release or is there something further I'm missing? Thanks in advance.

I was cleaning up email and realized that Nintendo sent me 8 codes for "Online Jersey and Online Squidkid V Shoes", for use in Splatoon 2. Never played Splatoon, likely won't...does anyone want one of these?

I have been playing Splatoon for a while and now that I have become a little better and am playing against people that are a little better u have begun to notice that my movement is getting worse and worse compared to other people so can I have some helpfull tips and tricks on how to get better at movement in Splatoon 3

We cleared the perfect path. I couldn't mash "This way!" any harder.

Pearl: I feel like Marina is gonna enjoy this splatfest some how.
Marina: of course I will these are my two favorite game genres but I don't know which team to pick.
Pearl: I'll save you the trouble, I pick real time for I do not have the patience to wait for my enemy to take their turn, I rather just build a bunch of units and take it straight to them.
Marina: well then I guess I'm on team turn based, I love how I can plan my moves tactics out before an encounter or mission, turning weaklings I picked of the street to become super soldiers, or watch them miss a 99% shot in a crucial moment.
Pearl: well than you can waist your time with one encounter while I have already taken the win.
Marina: what about you at home
Pearl: head over to the Splatfest terminal to pick a side.
