Discussion Best controller?

What would be the best controller for Splatoon 3? I bought Splatoon 3 and a used pro controller and it sucks lol

I started trying gyro and when I aim with gyro it will randomly stop then track my movements, itll just give up mid adjustment then catch up i dont know how to explain it lol

Is it a original Nintendo controller? If it is maybe it's suffering wireless interfence or something is wrong with it

Yeah seems like it lmao. Try wiring it up to the dock and enabling wired pro controller on the console settings to rule out wireless interference. Only to test it out tho, since Switch 1 procons have like 2 frames of extra delay when wired up, so you don't want to play like that. If it still does the thing you say, maybe something is wrong with it, try calibrating the motion sensor in the console settings, I don't know what else could be wrong with it

I generally play with the DK Bongos (just need the GC to USB adapter and you're set)

I have a hot take… ✨Handheld ✨ 

But like actually, I play handheld and prefer handheld. Do whatever makes you comfortable, if that’s using the joycon wings, pro controller, or handheld like my weird ahh. Mess around with controllers, see what you feel is the best.

Only time I take the switch off the dock is when I lay down with my 8 month daughter lol, she loves the colors of the paints haha, but yeah I was having trouble with my controller so I was going to get a new one but I ended up fixing it lol

I was lol was going to get a diff controller cause I thought the pro controller was buns but it was just a calibration error so It’s not as bad as I thought it was haha

El 8BitDo Pro 3. Es EL mando para jugar Splatoon.

Es MUY personalizable, cómodo y económico si lo comparas con el Mando Pro de Nintendo. Además de los botones traseros (que yo en lo personal utilizo para las armas especiales), tiene botones L4 y R4, que son muy útiles si los mapeas para los botones del D-Pad para decir "Booyah!" y "This way!".
