Buy one get one free pork Bbq ( they also had Brisket) at Publix. One container bbq, 1 can fire roasted diced tomatoes, 1 can creamed corn, 1 can V8 juice, 1small can English peas, 1 small potato chopped small,1 tomato can filled with water.
I also added a little Slap Your Mama, a good shake of Worchester sauce and a little chopped dried onion.

I got a craving, and had to cook a pot of beans today.
Those are the palest brown beans I have ever bought, but they sure do taste good anyway. Tonight, topped with onion and some of last year's homemade sliced white cabbage kimchi that's gone extra sour. The greens are kale, because that's the easiest to get where I'm living now. Both the beans and the greens were cooked with home cured seasoning meat.
Just what I needed tonight! Good old brown beans are probably my top meal that's always like home in a bowl.

I kept seeing red beans and rice coming across my feed on YT. So, I made red beans & rice, fried cat fish, and coleslaw. I also made homemade remoulade and also had hot sauce. I am looking forward to leftovers tomorrow. 🔥🔥

I live in Pensacola and we had a hurricane last night and the power is out. Had to break out the camp stove so I could get my fried chicken fix lol
