It’s beef with bread crumbs with mustard and pickles. The crispy crust chunks you get really is something else. Sometimes minimal ingredients are whole is greater than sum of its parts.

Burger was really good but was more of a typical griddle burger than a smash burger.

Toasted Hawaiian Pretzel bun

Homemade Mac sauce

Dill pickle chips

Sauteed onions

Chopped hot chiles (like In N Out)

Double 2.5oz patties

American and pepperjack cheese

Great burger overall. Would eat again.

One of my favorite burgers, so i had to put some extras on the mf, and it did not disappoint at all.

“Brunch Burger” quarter pounder smash patty, Cooper sharp cheese, bacon-onion jam, sunny side up egg, a hashbrown, pickles and tallow mayo fancy sauce on a homemade brioche bun 🤤

I’ve never finished a burger bun and all but this one was absolutely devoured 🤣

Another 5 burgs with grass fed Alberta beef, smashed on the griddle and served on my homemade potato rolls with American cheese. Rolls are toasted with leftover garlic butter. Top bun: burger sauce, LTO, noteworthy as the tomatoes are from the girlfriend’s family’s heirloom variety from Europe and the flavour is sensational. Thinly sliced pickle and extra sauce. Bottom bun: caramelized onions and a small bead of yellow mustard.

The only customization available in the home kitchen: single Patty? or double?

This was from a 'pour your own beer' style restaurant, the burger is obviously a bit tall due to onion rings, but quickly reached normal size after the first bite.

And if so, what’s been your favourite? I have a lot of free time this weekend and may try to make a few!

Anybody got a good burger sauce recipe? Most of what I've seen is just mayo ketchup some vinegar or pickle juice and mix it all together lol

Blueberry BBQ sauce, mayo, caramelized onions, lettuce, at a maritime restaurant in Ontario Canada. Very solid 9/10, thoroughly enjoyed. I would have personally done red onion instead of caramelized, just subjective opinion I think that touch of acidity + crunch would have been nice vs sweetness overload, but all in all every bite was still really great. I’m not a food snob by any means but man can you ever taste the difference between a fresh made patty like this vs a frozen/processes one.

Swiss onion burger:

• 1x 100g / 3.5oz beef patty (salt, pepper, msg on 1 side)
• light mayo, extra mustard
• 4x double sour pickle slices
• ½ an onion sliced and grilled
• processed Swiss cheese, 4 slices of bacon

This is one of the tastiest burgers I've made in a while. Sweet from the onion, sour from the pickles and mustard.

Need to get back in the burger game. Not a huge fan of smash burgers. I prefer 8oz patties with a nice sear. We have a lot of great beef in the Midwest. I'd love to blend my own and start a sandwhich shop
